In the year 2012, a vigilante appears to the Peace Officers under the name of Jack Frost. According to the information, Jack Frost had been catching criminals for years and was just brushed off in the report as a civilian performing a Citizen’s Arrest. The day Jack Frost announced to the police his anger, an officer, Avery Michaels, was murdered. But try as they might the Police could never find his body. Just a trail of blood leading out of his house to the street, then it just disappeared. A mystery leaving Jack Frost as the main suspect, that is to say, If he can be found.

Rules for Players:
1. Your character cannot be on Jack's side at the beginning of the story,(Unless you're Jack)
2. Your character's must be something related to Law Enforcement
3. Please try to enjoy yourself with this, Just because you're all related by the law doesn't mean your characters must like eachother.
4. Not really a rule but you'd skip it otherwise If you think you want to be Jack Frost, Send me a private message and i'll tell you about his character. I don't really want to be Mr. Jack Frost but i will if nobody else wishes to be.

Avery looked over at Stahn Bret Vern, and nodded an understanding. He then kissed his daughter on the forehead and approached him. "Damn vigilantes," Avery said to Bret as he waved a farewell to his wife, "Let 'em get away with it once and they think they're Batman!" Bret let out a slight chuckle and waved as well before getting into the passenger seat of Avery's squad car. Five minutes of googly eyes and farewells later, they were back on their beat. When suddenly, they were called into action. "All officers report to the department, All officers to the department." And that was how it was set into motion.

Kyoya heard the calling to thew office, he then stood up, got into his car and headed for the station, when he got there, he entered quickly, as ever

Tohyama heard the call, and like always he tooks him motorcicle ang head to the office,coming there he see Hibari and just sit down and wait the others.

Tear got the call and rushed down to the station leaving the coffee shop she frequented. Once there she sat down in a seat silently waiting for her orders.

Stahn, the newest of the team, remained standing. For they still hadn't enough room for him. "You all joined this faction of the police thinking it was a normal office correct?" The Woman giving the small speach didn't wait for a reply,"Well you're wrong. This is our Privite Investigations Branch. In other words. The only actual Peace Officer her is Mr. Michaels. Who is to be assigned to the most recent crime. Only two of you will be going with him, the rest will work on this stack of 'Just Ins'. Now, those of you who wish to accompany Mr. Michaels Please, visit his office in the next half hour."

Tohyama almost without thinking,start to walk crossing everybody."You''ll see dad,I catch this assasin just to show you Iam not trash".After enter on Mr.Michaels' office, and start to talk:

"Mr.Michaels I want to go with you sir,if iI could tell what will we do."

Mr.Michaels makes a gesture to he sit down and wait the next one.

"Ok,Mr.Michaels I wait . . ."

So Tohyama sit down missed in his own thoughts.

Kyoya, as fast as he heard this, he walked into Michael's office "Let's do this bro, i'll be accompanying you on this one, you know, maybe you need help on this new guy, y'know, rookies sometime can make Mistakes and.. You know... Accidents happen, so, what do you say??" Kyoya said and waited for an answer

(Only Avery and the Director know about Jack Frost currently)

Avery had just gestured for one man to sit the moment another entered. And to make matters worse it was his brother. "Take a number Kyoya, I'll play no favorites, Got it? This has to do with your record. I want to have people who actually DO the work."

(Yeah, i tough that no one knew him yet)

Kyoya scratched the back of his head "Well, at least i train the new ones, and...!" he grabbed a number "I'm the one that always saves your butt" He then saw the number he just picked up "what?, second?, isn't anybody here yet?, oh well" He walked to the exit door "Remember, you cannot always do the work all alone" he then exited the room

Bret had taken a number as well. In fact he had been the last person to grab a number when suddenly Avery burst forth from his office, slinging his waistcoat around his bulging body and slamming his hat on his head. "You two, With me." He said pointing to the people closest to the door. Kyoya, and Bret. "Emergency situation." Avery wobbled out the door followed by the two slender officers. It was hard not to notice the difference in size. But even with his size, Avery got more work done than most. Bret took his place in the passenger seat as he was accustomed when he and Avery went about patrol. Leaving only the back for Kyoya

Kyoya ran outside the office, and found himself in front of his car "Sorry but, this time i'll go in my car, i got my stuff in there, so that means if i go in your patrol i'll be disarmed, don't worry, i'll be right behind you!" He said as he opened the front door of his car and got inside it "Lead the way Bro!" He switched his car on and followed right behind Avery's patrol, he picked up his communicator(I don't know how is it called the thing that are in the cars, the things that work like a walkie-talkie) "now, now... What's the emergency this time?? Did they told you?"

Avery pulled his two way radio communicator to his lips, "There was a murder just a few moments ago. Usually something of this stature wouldn't fall under our jurisdiction. But it appears that a certain suspect has appeared. He doesn't go by any specific name, but he's been edited out of thousands of our reports." Stahn glanced over at avery, "The Vigilante?" Avery nodded, "We like to call him Jack Frost. From here on out. Anything that happens is classified information between us. Got that Kyoya, no going rogue on this one. Otherwise, you will be tried in court over treason. Understood? That's a crime punishable by death."

"Yeah, yeah, Jack frost?, heh, what a curious name" He accelerated, placed himself in Avery's car's side and kept his speed the same as Avery's car "So" He spoke from the window "Where was it?" He said as he grabbed his gun from the passenger's seat and putted it into his jacket, then grabbed his Tonfa and putted them on the MPH metter

"So we're going after this Jack Frost,right?I thinks this will let me have a little fun,so let's go."

Tohyama said it and follow his two partners to the car,then he entered the back sit and open the window,checking and reloading his Colt. 45 and his PT-938 Taurus.After that he looked to Michaels and asked:

"Mr.Michaels I have a question where was this murder?"

So Tohyama wait for an anwser,while checking his ammunition and searching his knife.

Avery brushed off the question with a "You'll see" and began focussing on his driving. Does this have anything to do with [Switch]? Stahn continued to allow his apathetic personality seep out. He didn't care what happened. He just wanted to fix the problems. In fact when he was asked 'Why do you want to be a Police Officer?' he relplied saying it was for the extra money. He didn't care how he was viewed. But he did care for what He Himself viewed. Fifteen minutes later Avery pulled up next to a trailer off the west side of the town of Marbury.
