Weird it may be but it is what it is. No announcement took place. A mistaken report doesn't change that, even if it was retweeted by Matsuyama...

As it turned out the game hybrid was reannounced. Impress edited their intial annouce for some reason. There is an article about it at Gematsu. That said is any one else excited? You can read more about it on CC2's facebook page and from Kuukai on the front page.

It strange but yeah I was all hyper up then they said it was Tekken Hyber not .Hack then I was let down and now there trying to cover it up? bad Namco bad Namco lol but yeah I really do hope it IS some random cover up so we can have a PS3 game with movie and lots of DLC outfits

That is possible. DLC needs more support. However in other news there was an update on the front page. CC2 just announced a .hack talk event so they might still be deciding what to do. In addition more articles on the story were released on the 7th. (You can thank me for the screens later >.<)

Well from what iv read about the movie/game there is gonna be some correlation between the two and yes they'll probably most likely talk about the main charter for the game and bring up "Haseo" whether it's the one from G.U. or a completely different Haseo. But the game takes place i think 2 or 3 years after the event of the movie.... So who knows but i have a feeling that this game is gonna be pretty bad ass it better be as good as the G.U. series

To each his own without insult & judgment. Be fair yeah. Well at the minimum the graphics are a bit improved. We do not know the story yet.
