Lich, you need a magical weapon that deals either frost, electric, fire or nature damage. You can enchant a weapon if you joined the Mages Guild. Spells and silver weapons works too. For silver weapons, shops may have one, guards carry silver longsword and the Mages guild have them laying around. Gotta pickpocket the guards though unless you find it easier to kill them and getting a bounty on your head. When pickpocketing, the heavier the object, the harder your chances to pickpocket and vice versa. Objects that are light or near weightless are easiest to take. The exception is gold, while technically weightless, is considered (for pickpocketing purposes) heavier than Daedric cuirasses.

If your at Weynon Priory, the closest Mage guild is in Chorrol, which is located north west of it. Here's what each one specialize in.
Anvil Mages Guild - Restoration
Bravil Mages Guild - Illusion
Bruma Mages Guild - No specialty
Cheydinhal Mages Guild - Alteration
Chorrol Mages Guild - Conjuration
Leyawiin Mages Guild - Mysticism
Skingrad Mages Guild - Destruction

Leveling up is easy. Raise any of your major skills by 10 points. For example, my guy has blade, sneak and illusion. I raise blade by 8, and illusion by 2. Now, when you level, you get to raise 3 attributes from 1 to 5 depending on what skills you raised. Blade is governed by strength so I would get a possible +4 to strength. Illusion is governed by personality so I would get a possible +2 to personality. My last remaining attribute would be +1. If you want to raise your stats the most effectively, you need to raise 10 points each into 2 minor skills and 10 points into 1 major skill. Your attribute would be +5 for the attributes that govern those skills. You can also level two attributes +5 and put +1 into luck. No attribute governs luck. You would have to make a custom class, as using the preset class have two major skills that are governed by one attribute. It is possible to level a character with 100 attributes, even in luck, but it's time consuming. Endurance is one of my attributes I always raise first because it affects your hits points when you level. 10% of your hp comes from endurance and its not retroactive. The hp bonus from endurance is most noticeably at later levels and it adds up significantly. All this talk about Oblivion almost makes me want to play it again lol. It's probably better if I link this.

well how did you become a vampire is the question. If it was via the dark brother hood you could have simply rejected the dark gift. If you were bit by some stray vampire there are postions that get rid of disease. They are very handy believe me I got diseased by a zombie once! I didn't even want to know what would have happend if the disease set in and I were to become a zombie! If you already are a vampire and not just diseased any more the potion wont work however there is a village near the imperial city (sorry drawing a blank on its name ^_^; ) and there is a female vampire who lives there. She will help you if you ever want to get rid of the dark gift (aka vampireism.) Personally I enjoy being a vampire you get to feed on people and if you don't feed for a while as adown fall the sun will hurt you on the bright side you get alot stronger!

As a tip to leveling up a quick way is to sneek around or jump alot. I do it all the time. ^_^

yes but I think its kinda stupid to die in the game by "death from sunlight" it sounds embarrassing and I think I acquired my vampirism while exploring a dungeon with vampire's, isnt there anyone I can hire to be a companion? Or at least find vampire hunters who can really be of help.

umm I don't think there are vampire hunters but if you find other vampires and talk with them they will help you out and the sun will only hurt you if you don't feed every night and its not an instant death it slowly drains your health. You can tell if someone is a vampire because when you talk to them they will call you there sister/brother or something similar to that to let you know.

Eh I play oblivion on my laptop instead so I hope the info I have still works, there are these weird looking stones found in the ayleid ruins than can charge ALL your enchanted weapons but they are very rare and hard to come by, another method would be to acquire a soul gem called Azura's star but you have to fight Vampires, or you just buy soul gems instead of paying those greedy bastards at the mage's guild, and as for the lockpick, there's a special version called the skeleton key but you need to be at least level 10 to start the quest at the shrine of nocturnal.
