This is not an RP but a piece of creative writing that I'll be working on.

The night was pitch black, but you could still make out a tall communications wire post beside the road, two men approached it and one began climbing it while the other stood guard, "pssst! Lando could you throw me the cutter?" the one known as lando tossed him the cutter and caught it, "hurry up carlos! They could be here anytime!" the individual named carlos cut the wire he slid back down and presented it to his friend "well they didnt show up after all, now lets hurry back and get our money before a patrol finds us" said carlos but as they were talking a jeep bearing the flag of the Japanese Imperial army stopped a few yard away and out came armed soldiers, "**** a patrol!" exclaimed lando, they were spotted by the soldiers and were now being shot at, "I knew this was a bad idea!" complained lando as they were seeking cover behind some trees "at least we're doing something that benefits the country lando" replied carlos, the two then ran as fast as they can while hoping that their faces weren't seen.
Summary:
Japan launched an attack on the Philippines on December 8, 1941, just ten hours after their attack on Pearl Harbor. Initial aerial bombardment was followed by landings of ground troops both north and south of Manila. The defending Philippine and United States troops were under the command of General Douglas MacArthur, who had been recalled to active duty in the United States Army earlier in the year and was designated commander of the United States Armed Forces in the Asia-Pacific region. The aircraft of his command were destroyed; the naval forces were ordered to leave; and because of the circumstances in the Pacific region, reinforcement and resupply of his ground forces were impossible. Under the pressure of superior numbers, the defending forces withdrew to the Bataan Peninsula and to the island of Corregidor at the entrance to Manila Bay. However Correigidor fell after a long siege and all 10,000 soldiers were killed in the death march to bataan, Manila declared an open city to prevent its destruction, was occupied by the Japanese on January 2, 1942, however the Filipino's suffered under the Japanese occupation forces and were treated like dirt, however after the Japanese invasion, peasant leaders met on March 29, 1942 in a forest clearing located in Sitio Bawit, Barrio San Julian, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, at the junction of Tarlac, Pampanga, and Nueva Ecija provinces to form a united organization. "Hukbong Bayan Laban sa mga Hapon(HUKBALAHAP for short or "People's Army Against the Japanese" in english)" was chosen as the name of the organization. After the meeting, a military committee was formed with Luis Taruc (chairman), Castro Alejandrino (2nd in command), Bernardo Poblete ("Banal"), and Felepa Culala ("Dayang-Dayang" – an amazon whose unit had killed several Japanese soldiers) as members.
This story however focuses on "wire cutters" resistance members who would roam the night and cut communications wire's to hinder communication for the japanese army, despite the risks they still manage to do it anyway.
