this one's real simple: anyone can join and the rule's are the following:
there can be a minimum of 6 member's
you all have to decide on a specific member you can "cast out"
if you all need to discuss it in secrecy you can just PM each other
its up to you if you choose to make a character or just join its all good
post your final vote if you are ready
people who dont like to join but prefer to watch can just post their opinions
