I'm looking for the borderlands add on "The secret armory of general knoxx" for PS3 but I cant sign into the playstation network(I'm from the Philippines.) if anybody knows please tell me.

Since you own the PS3 copy, the only way to get the DLC is through the Playstation Network. You might want to contact Sony about your situation and see what they have to say about it. If you're desperate to get the content then I would suggest getting the game for the PC or the XBOX 360 so that you can buy the DLC both through the internet and retail packages. If you live in an area where DLC is hard to get access to, I would suggest investing in a PC with decent gaming performance so that you don't have region restrictions to deal with on game content.

Yeah, since its the same HDD as a Desktop PC it didn't take long for people to make cracks. So now you can just download a tool, grab the file you need, pop the HDD into the slave slot, and install the files manually in the same way they'd be installed. It make take a few youtube tutorials to get it right, but its not like its illegal if all you do is put content that's free in the Playstation store on there.

If you know someone who has already bought the DLC, you can gameshare it. Sign on with their account and download it, then switch to your account. Easy as pie. Your allowed up to 5 activations.
