100% CPU Usage, Found The Culprit, Need The Remedy

I've been searching around Google and checked out these 2 FahCores that are consuming 40-50% my CPU a piece. Most of the stuff I find deals with scripting and people that probably have taken college courses on computer tech, so nothing really helps. Any advice?

Um, use a friend's computer, google DBAN. Read up on everything about it. Make a copy, use it to delete specific files while in BOIS mode so the viruses can't start up and block you from deleting them.
Remember, research EVERYTHING before you use a DBAN, because if you type in the wrong operation code you could end up wiping your whole hard drive like its brand new out of the box clean.

Didn't need to delete/change my BIOS. Come to find out, I got my just deserts for downloading cracked versions of Fallout 3 and Dragon Age. Just had to get rid of the folding programs, now it my CPU runs fine (averaging 10-30 CPU usage).

There's nothing wrong with the program, you just have to know how to use it properly. Its great for getting rid of nasty viruses that infect Windows32 and say "You don't have Administrator rights" or "Task Manager (and other programs) cannot be run because it is suspected to be infected."

It doesn't change your BIOS, it just accesses your Hard Drive while in BIOS mode so the viruses can't affect what you're doing.

Ah, well the "culprit" has been jailed anyways. Wasn't a virus, just a program that my shitty computer couldn't handle. Actually two programs. One on each core, meant to sap my CPU power to someone else's computer. I simply opened the files in the program registry and blew 'em up... or deleted them and any trace of them from my core files.
See, I sort of got tired of the console versions of FO3 and Dragon Age...so I found cracked versions of them and took them for a test drive (I really wanted to mod them....). Come to find out, someone from Stanford tracks these files (cracked video games, aka illegal copies) and puts these programs in them that install when you install the games. The trade off: you get free games, they use your processing power for themselves. Or at least that's what I've read. Makes sense, also means no more illegal games for me.
