...Well just what do you want to record with? Your eyes? Magic? A freaking penguin? o-O' lol

I use my camera to record, but the process to fully record since setting everything up until having the video file you can use for whatever you'd want, is very long and complex...but it's my only means to get an amazing quality, since Capture Cards don't exist in my country either D:

You COULD record directly from the TV to your laptop...but you'll need the right tools for that (AV to USB connectors and software), and the right knowledge for that too. Shouldn't be too hard, after all there's always Google XD But, i'm not sure if you could get the connector and the software...and the process to set everything up might be long, but it'll be simple to record then.

Other than that, there's always a cellphone recording. But...the quality would be HORRIBLE, and i really hate it when YouTube users upload videos where you can't even see a thing and there's random voices in the middle of them x_X

PS2 emulators are largely incomplete due to the engine and hardware the console uses, but if nothing else, and if you're desperate enough, you could always record emulation? I'm sorry but that's all I can suggest.

Um... Plug the PS2 into your DVD burner/player, and burn a dvd of the footage?

Is it a ".vob" file? You can look for a program called "Super" (yeah, it's just called that), which is some sort of huge convertor/enconder that will allow you to convert the .vob file into an .avi or .mp4 or whatever kind of video file you want it. If it's not a .vob, it still might work, but it's guaranteed to work with the .vob files since it's something i've done myself before several times.

And the right programs that will allow you to record video from a AV input directly in your computer, yes...at least, it should theorically work like that XD I've never done it myself, but, taking the AV connectors to a USB port in a computer should send whatever's going on in the TV screen to the computer...you'd just need programs/drivers that will detect such data like video information, and is able to display it so you can do whatever you want with it.

If you have an S-Video port on your computer just get a cable that has one for your PS2 and record as you play.
