story: world war III a horrible war that has occured over the last decade since that war people have finnaly begun to ajust themselfs to normal life again but it doesnt chance the fact that theres something else going on kyoto a city in japan was destroyed by a non stop attack from the neigboring countries they have dropped some sort of new weapon that wiped out the entire population within kyoto there were only a few survivors all children who were the sole survivors since then similar cases like these have been showing up all over japan a children exihibiting some sort of special power varying from simple spoon bending to causing explosions so te government has created a special one for these kids to live a life of their own like normal people attend school watch tv and live their own life most of them are happy with this way of life but some hate it and wish to use their powers to fight back against the government they resent the way they were treated but theres on child who allways semmed diffrent Akira torimizu he just doesnt seem to care either way hes one of the sole survivors of kyoto and one of the first children to be taken in by the government hes the only one though he is catching on to the fact that their will be a riot of these power users if it continues he made his choice to start caring after he watched one of his best friends within the zzone get killed by power users and he swears to put an end to all the chaos that is starting to rise

powers: pyrokinesis: can create fire and weild it and can cause explosions
electrokinesis: can manipulate the electrons within the air or in objects to control electricity
telekinesis: come on do i really have to explain
mind reading: can tap into others minds and learn about their past and skills and can read their moves
time control: can slow down time making the weilder the controller of everything theirs a huge limitor on this power
transmutation: can reshape objects into weapons or anything else
super speed: can move incredibly fast
wind manipulation: control the wind currents
elemental control: can control fire lighting wind ice and earth but each power is weaker then lets say this fire is weaker then a pyrokinetic users fire
mind control: can control other users minds
black hole: a unique power controlling black speheres that absorb all matter and form weapons or crush anything in its path it like deletes any matter in its path
ice control: ice manipulation
earth control: can manipulate the earth and cause it to spike up and basically earth manipulation

rank of user users are ranked by the government and how dangerous they are and how well they can use their powers

lvl 0: unknown not a big threat
lvl1: not so bad pretty basic
lvl 2: intermediate not to dangerous
lvl 3: possible threat
lvl 4 powerful not to be taken lightly
lvl 5: threat highly skilled and powerful
lvl 6: unknown high alert

Akira: { he wakes up in his bed in the apartment he lives in its a mess as he looks out the window and he sees the people and he also spots the huge wall that separtes tokyo with this special zone the psychics live in} man same old day { he takes a shower and then he gets dressed into the clothes he has in his app pic and he walks outside with cargo jeans on and sneakers as he then walks down the busy street}

bio: Eva is the leader of the rebellion against the psychics. Her entire family was destroyed during the war, forcing her to take up a gun and fight. Her ability to wield fire arms improved dramatically while she worked as the maid and confidant for a man working on rebellion. As a result she was the one who inherited the cause.

Her faith in humanity is stronger than that of psychics. Therefore she allows them into the ranks to cause trouble if they will declare loyalty.

Akira: { hes walking around the town as he just goes through a pretty boring day and he sees some kids using pretty basic abbilities and he then notices some gangs filled with power users but he walks into the library} hey Azriel

Azriel: ahhhh Aki-chan you here today huh?

Akira: dont call me chan or aki im a male you know

Azriel: aww but your so cute like that aki-chan

Akira: { his hand sparks} knock it off

Akira: whatever do you have any new information

Azriel: yeah { he hands him a cd} if you want too then you can go check out this auto book and see if you like it in one of the chairs if you wish

Akira: thanks a bunch { he walks over to the headphones and he places the cd and he listens to reports of a revolt of power users in sector five the heart of gang territory} well that figures

Jiro was sleeping when the sun's rays finnaly opened his eyes, He awakened with a yawn he opened the blinds to reveal an apartment bedroom with a window, polished wood floors a glass sliding door that led out to a balcony with a view of the streets below and the sun above shining onto the room's red painted walls "I never get tired of this
place, every day feels fresh and new. I guess I'll go for a walk and maybe look for a job while I'm at it." Jiro got dressed in light blue jeans a green shirt with a black skull design on it and walked to the door putting on green sneakers with the same skull design on the heels, he walked outside

"Sector Six is tempted to rebel against the government. Currently there are no strong leaders located there." A man wearing what looked to be a butler uniform was sitting in front of a mahogany desk. The house was underground, completely cut off from the surface.

"Sector Five should be planning a rebellion."

"No doubt the information has gotten out already."

"Agreeably. Let's move to Sector 7 for now."

"What do you mean?" She pointed towards the door.

"A spy has been coming in. That's how our information was leaked. Let's work on Sector 7 so we can confirm what has gotten out." She smiled, her eyes turning gentle. "Right Alexander?"

Akira: { he finishes the cd and he gives it back to azriel} allright thanks azriel

Azriel: hold on here I got you a new pair of gloves gloves with a special type of material that can with stand your power with getting fryed

Akira: ohhh thanks { he grabs the fingerless gloves and he throws them on and the kanji for Raijin is spelled on them}

Azriel: see you later Aki-chan!!!!

Akira: { he fries the lights before he leaves and he sees a cabal car heading through this way as he grabs onto the railing and he hops on the tops of the cabal car and he then hops off at the next stop as he stops once he sees a sign that shows hes a few miles away from sector 5} allright here we go

Jiro Walks around, children play in the streets "peaceful it seems, but sconce this area is right next to sector 5 it will be a battlefield soon... I wonder which side i'll be on, the humans will probably kill me, so I guess I should keep my distance until it gets violent, than I can stop it hopefully." Jiro sees Akira in the distance, he walks passed him towards Sector 5

She sat at the park picnic table. playing chess with kira as always.
"Check!" She said. The moveing queen piece hovered over the board and into it spot.
"Sheez your such a show off!" kira said moveing another piece
"Check mate!" the piece hovered over the board again and back into a different place.
"Son of a -" kira paused and looked around."Hey Byakuya did you here anything?"
"Nope nothing at all...."
"Your not playing mind tricks on me again are you?"
"Nope"
kira sighed and resumed the game, but all the pieces had already hovered over the board and back into there original places.

Sitting in the fifth district was a group of psychics that were looking over a map. "So, we should put our groups in this area. One in the South can scout just in case some idiot wants to play hero."

"Yeah, then we should surround the area. We've got enough humans helping us out."

"Miss Winters is counting on us for this after all. Even if we fail it'll add tension."

"Let's address the others then. Keep a watch for spies."

Akira: { he walks into the park and he notices the chess game} chess? { he gets a text from azriel and its a map of the entire secotr but then the battery dies} ohhh man damn { he sits down on a bench as he sends electricity into the phone as it charges and he then ceck the message and before he knows it hes surrounded by a samll group of guys from secotr 5}


gang member: well well well look what we have here a kid

gang member 2: yeah I mean look at him doesnt he know this is part of our territory get lost kid

gang member: no no boys its fine if hes here hes obviously a psychic well what about it brat wanna try out come on lets see your power { ghe ignites his hand} its only fair now whats yours

Akira: { he grabs the mands shoulder as he gets shot back and electricuted} happy dont bother me m busy

gang members punk : { send fire at him and wind but akira just causes the electrons to form sparks redirecting both blasts}

Akira: allright then my turn right { his arms starts emiting electricity and he grabs the 2 gand members shirts and electricutes them} get out of my way { he looks at the map on his phone and finds the location of the attack} great its all the way at the other end}

Sleet: man the cops these days are sooo stupid that they couldn't even recognize be from the wanted poster i had haha what luck!

[turns to look behind him and sees akira walking]

sleet: hmm this is going to be interesting another level 6.....

[jumps and lands next to akira]

Jiro wanders into the park seeing Akira again along with the fancy attacks he used on the gang members interesting, i guess i'll watch those two... Jiro crouches behind a bush observing Sleet and Akira

Akira: { he keeps walking completelty ignoring the fact sleet just made an entrance and he then stops to look down an alley way} * I have get moving { he turns around and looks towards the park} this good get ugly maybe i should make sure their allright wait no I dont have time {he hears a girls voice call his name and he then realizes its just his imagination}* dammit* { he walks back towards the park till he runs into even more gang members} rghhh I dont have time with you { his right hand surges with electricity}

"Dont be such a show off electric boy!" she said waving her hand a little.
"Hey kira I left something at the house why dont you go get it and take the chess board and stuff with you." kira nodded grabbed the stuff and left the park.
