I'd love to have a .hack circus touring the United States! Unfortunately this isn't feasible - the website pretty much breaks even on operating expenses, so we've got (Kuukai and myself) only personal money to contribute to any traveling costs. The only other con I could see is Sakura-con, but even that's a stretch ($99 dollar plane tickets to Seattle ftw?).
Unfortunately, i won't be able to go, even if it would be a great way to spend my birthday...but i don't think i'd be able to go that day to the beach 5 hours away from home...let alone another country ;(
I hope that lots of dothackers can go and you all have lots of fun o3o

Ha ha no - this is part of the Anime Central convention - so you will have to purchase a badge for Saturday -or- if you'd like to be at the con all weekend, they have a weekend badge.
Actually for this you probably won't need a badge since I believe it's in a public area and not con space. Heck you might not even need a badge to get Kaori Nasuka's (Subaru/Shino/Terashima) autograph, it all depends on where they put her and if the staff member in charge sticks around (never seen that happen for an obscure Japanese guest).

You actually know where the dome is? I have no clue. That area name was thrown out at me by an ACen person. Post a description/location of it if you get the chance.

We're not a traveling circus! This is only the second time we've done something special like this - and unfortunately the only place the panel will be at with .hack concluding... unless CC2 has a trick up their sleeves.
