In Super Robot Wars, an anime crossover game, love full heals everything you have on the map. This is there way of saying it's broken.

Well, the death note for some pretty obvious reasons, for one thing, you just gotta write someone's name and it's insta-pwn, you don't even have to make physical approach you can just hide in your room, just look up the name of anyone and boom, thier dead, not to mention, but you can also control what they do before they die, and you can get magical eyeballs that allow you to see the name and lifespan of people

So let's recap:
Magic notebook that allows you to kill anyone in the world.
Control what the person do before they die.
Magic Eyes that let you see the name and lifespan of someone.

1. The shinigami doesn't neccisarily want it back, and besides, when the human picks it up, it's theirs, the shinigami can't do a thing about it.
2. It doesn't matter if eyes take half of your life away, it only adds to the devestation, because now, the user can die.
3.Short amount of time or not, it doen't make it any less powerful of an effect.
4. That is really left for interpretation, as it alot of the series, so I can't elaborate on it without taking the post off track, but I just replied to justify that the death note is pretty destructive.

If someone manages to rip the notebook in half, or destroy it in some other way - it doesn't take much to do that. At all. I mean, it's just a notebook - then whoever owns it is pretty much f*cked. ie, deathnote's not end of ze world powerful at all. It's just a book with a few nifty catches.

quite possibly, but it is debatable...

I say the most powerful power in anime is the power of corruption. Nothing like a good corruption, or in Speed Grapher's case...

A good way of destroying government and economy in one blow.

I do have to admit, that made me burst out laughing!

Rely on monsters that can some how magicaly fit in a small ball,and make annoying little noises, and repeat there names a 1000 times, then summon them when needed.

Most Devestating Power? Anything the main character uses, casue let's face it, they make it 100X stronger, and ROFL all their enemies (with few exception)
