So the game was just announced this morning during nintendo's press conference. Anybody else here extremely excited other than me?

Thanks for the trailer. And if you don't mind me asking, but why don't you plan on playing a golden sun game? they are very good 2d rpg's and the stories are better than most current gen rpgs.

Wow. Apparently nobody is that excited for this game.

I only played the first half of The Lost Age, but I know I'm totally excited! Golden Sun is probably the best RPG series ever.

this game is a must have. The second it turns up on British shores I'ma buy like 10 copies, then play through all of them separately C:

You definitely need to go out and buy the first and finish the second. They are excellent examples of good old rpg fun.

I'm real excited for this game but I figured I'll get it when it comes out the poster looks good and finnaly I can play a new ds game after super robot taisen og saga now I can play this

I don't get excited about games too often, but I'm quite thrilled over this news.

I'll have to replay the Golden Sun series sometime before this comes out, just to familiarize myself with it again.

I was definitely excited when i saw that announcement at E3. After playing the first 2 over and over again, i wanted to play another one. I never thought it would, until they announced it.

I am super duper stoked about the new GS game!!!!!!! As soon as i heard about it and saw the trailer, I immediately fell in love does anyone know if it's going to have multiplayer or versus?

Aside from the trailer and the poster, there is next to no information regarding the game except that the summons will return, and that the blond haired boy in the poster is apparently either isaac's son or a descendant.

I read that the boy is Isaac's son. Fun fun!

Thats what some are saying. Personally, i am on the fence for this one. If it his son, the landscape wouldn't have changed much really from the previous games i would assume. If its a distant descendant then the land will change and new areas would area from beyond Gaia falls. But i also love the idea of being able to play as his son, almost like Tales of Destiny 1 and 2 in a way, if you think about it.
