I have only read up til chapter 4 inad in the wikia i saw a picture of Tokyo,Tsukasa and Haseo my question is,
Has Haseo remembered anything about his past(not about what happens to him in GU but back when he was Sora)and also has Tsukasa even feals that they may be the same person?

Nope. The memory of him being Sora is completely erased, thanks to Skeith's Data Drain.

They could have made some odd moments if that had happend

Sora was Sora
Sora was DD by Skeith
Sora grows up into Haseo
Haseo is DD by Azure Kite
Haseo merges with Skeith


You'd think somewhere along the lines he'd get his memories back and lost something else if this is the trend.

But wouldnt that create a whole new thing about Haseo? I mean getting all that back would make one go crazy....
He may have gotten them back XD

Seriously though I dont think he got them back. If he did it would of been that moment where he was talking to himself in Vol3

i am confused on what your are asking. However the event in .hack//Link are set three years G.U. The situation involving the akashic records, chrono cores, and memories are caused by an independant organization within The World R:X. Hm to answer your question, Haseo's memory issue occur after and losing his memories as Sora start before G.U.. The concept remains the same.
