Exactly, the "[title]_by_[username]" in the image file is veeery reminiscent of someone who's saved a picture off of another person's Deviant Art account without renaming the file~ After all, if you were the original creator, you'd have the original file, wouldn't you? =/ Hmmm...

Furthermore, why are the words "Azure Kite" and "Haseo Drawings" in the search-bars on both respective pages? =/

I think he's just sharing artwork he found and liked. I don't see any "OMG LOOK AT THESE DRAWINGS I MADE MYSELF OMG" kinda comment, so we can't really accuse him of anything.

I think he meant to just create a general G.U. fanart thread, actually.
