Kiddy Grade: K-G.2

Was anyone here a fan of Kiddy Grade? If so have you heard that in October of 2006 Season 2 was said to be in the works. well it has been two years and i was wondering if anyone knew if it was still actually going to come out or if it was scrapped. what is/was the plot? if anyone one knows that is.
