Thats cuz it on the forum listing. And I thinks its Love Hina, but its probably another .hack thing like the rest of the boards.

I found this today in one of my folders, I have no idea where did I get it. I can't read those letters, obviously because of the size of the image but maybe this can help you a little bit.

OH! I knew I recognized it from somewhere! It is Yotsuba&! I even recognize the exact character and scene now, lol.
