How do you plan on getting through any kind of doorway with wings as big as those?

If you cosplay as any avatar I think the easiest would be Skeith (1st form) and Fidchell.

Only way I can see it happening is with wires and super-light material, like foam or something. XP

Of course, for mere cosplay, you may not have to worry about proportions, and might get away with having smaller wings and a smaller wheel as long as they remain recognizable.

I don't think that wing and gear is possible unless you used a cable or something like that...

the costume is gunna be proportional not to Azure Flame Gods structure but to my own. the wing span I'm looking at is about 7 feet so hey, i turn sideways and walk through doors, also the idea is to Use velcro harness and wrap it around. and the wheel i'm just gunna attach to the rest of the wings since it'll be too annoying outerwize, unless i figure out a way to put it on a sturdy wire and i make it out of pure styrafoam

I'm thinking big wagon wheel for the wheel on his back, and for the actual azure flames, plastic wrap or something in the shape of fire. The wings could be Styrofoam, so thats not real hard.
The thing about the wheel being a wagon wheel is that would be hard to carry around, so maybe a light weight hollow wooden wheel, cardboard, or Styrofoam

hmmm well for the flaming wings, im using R-GARD insulation foam board, since its bendable and light. I don't think a wagon wheel would be wise tho
