List of 100% Items Location

I'm quite new here.. But if anyone doesn't mind me asking...
I'm a perfectionist in gaming, so I won't be satisfied if I don't get every single item. I need exact locations on every single item and monster, to complete the Vol.2 Ryu Book entries! Does anyone have any idea where such a list is?
