Need help defeating Corbenik the 2nd (Spoilers?)

ok so i know how to dodge all of the attacks EXCEPT the one where u hit back with slash... cuz once the 4th combo activates, it becomes slower and i just get hit.... any ideas? thx :\

when you see the orb come at you start your slash just a little bit sooner that way you will stop it far enough away from you for the 4th slash to knock it back

Pretty much gotta start whacking away at it right before it hits you.
It might take a couple of tries to get the timing down.
Good news is if you lob it back at him he gets stunned.

Here's what I did: I was always pretty close to him when he is about to use that move where you have to hit it back at him. I just started to use the slash combo when I see even a glimpse of the "slash[x]" above the energy ball...the speed of that thing is pretty fast, so the timing should be around right. Hope that helps.

just time your slashes correct, if you did the 4th slash will be able to his the ball back to Ovan...stunning him and dealing him damage...

Corbenik is way easier compared to fighting Ovan...
