 When his avatar awakens, does anyone know what the prophecy he says before you fight him is? The game isn't out yet, I won't be until about another two weeks, so if anyone knows, I'd appreciate it.

Okay I have a question about Yata as well... Why didn't Yata tell Haseo that He is an Epitaph User? Or He didn't know that he is an epitaph user?

He probaly dident know until volume 3. I cant think of a reason for him not to tell anyone.

So he didn't know about it. How about Ovan? I think if he knows about it he will tell Yata.

He either thought they knew,or was embarassed to say it,because he hadn't awakened.
He's very self concious,as you find out,about how the game and others look at him,and he thinks he's a better epitaph user than the others,so it's logical that he would not want them to look down on him since he hadn't awakened.

Yata being an epitaph user,although it's ainully obvious,is a spoiler for Vol 3.

And about the prophecy,it's only been hear in japanese.Translations would proably differ form the one your going to hear,so hearing any would be almost pointless.

if u havent noticed by now Yata has his own unique way of dealing with things. could be as Azure Crow said, could be something completely different. guess u will have to wait until the game comes out.

Yata knows hes an Epitaph User.. hes probably just too ashamed cause hes the last one to awaken...

It's not like he ever hid the fact that he was an Epitaph User. "This is a special guild for those of us with special factors..." He included himself in that bunch. There's nothing being hidden.

In volume 2, Haseo names all the epitaphs users that he knows, he doesent name Yata or Ovan. If he knew that Yata was a Epitaph User, he would have listed him too since they are on the same team.

Haseo's never really been the first on the uptake. Besides, Pi and Kuhn both know he's an Epitaph User. It's not Yata's fault Haseo can't pick up the clues.

Besides. Yata gives all the evidence he's an Epitaph User in Vol 1. As he watches the end of Kuhn and Haseo's fight frm the stands, he says, "...So, Skeith ate the Magus as well..." The fact he watched the Avatar fight means he's an Epitaph user. Plus, Haseo is rather...dense...on picking up those things as others here have said.

yata gave so many clues that he was a Epitaph User even a dot hack noob can know.

but its a little obvious that the leader of the epitaph is an epitaph

but Haseo Can't see that sinces he focusing on defeating Kuhn...
