The Red Ring of Fire

My father had purchased a ps3, my brother has a wii, and to finish it off i had bought the 360. But 2 days after I had to turn it in because of the red ring that appeared on my 360. What was wied was that it still let me play the console. But I exchanged it for a new one right away fearing it would come back. I am freaking out now thinking it will happen again. So I would like to know from other 360 owners on this board if it has happened to you. Please don't post about how much you like or dislike the console...the last thing I want is for this to get locked because of a argument.

I think it's just a LED Light screw-up, but I don't think it'll damage the console, since GameStop had one in their demo things.

No, thats wrong. I think everyone knows by now, that the red lights are a problem. Its not some dum mistake, hundreds of people have had the problem, making them buy a new console or exchange the one they have. I dont think anyone knows how to stop the red lights, or why it happens. Also, i heard that Forza 2 is causing Xbox360's to break.

Really? That's kinda strange. Is it the light that causes it, or does the bug cause the light to screw up?
