One Sin / Godeater

Post by X.x Machination x.X »

Damn that was a hell of an event... did they even expect a player to actually win or what... not so much One Sin but God eater... I would have been dead if I didnt accedentally glitch PI in to invinsability... but for some reason you cant have multiple invinsabilitys at once... I tried with Atoli

God Eater had a lot of HP, but that's about it. He can take a while, but he's not really dangerous.

While I did beat it using LV 100 party members it wasn't easy.

Not only did Godeater take me 1 hour to kill it but I had to use every HP SP and revive item in Haseos inventory during the battle.

I'll admit it. Godeater owned me the first time. But, it was only because I tried it immediately after The One Sin (like, level 82-ish), so he did about 1800+ damage per attack. But then I tried him at about level 97-ish and owned him with dopple weapons.

I'm sorry, but, with all the respect possible, you suck at this game.

You should pgrase yourself differently if you mean it with all possible respect.

But yes,I admit, that fight is usually easier than that.
Have you tried getting bew armour, weapons, and better HP and SP items?
You seem like you need them,no offense intended.
We all have things like that.
For me it was Yunalessca in FFX.
I hated her....she's the onyl game boss I've ever had trouble with....but I learned her tactics, and beat her out easy

(let's not start a conversation about how I had trouble with a boss from a game designed for fresh RPG players, alright?I was just giving an example)

Actually, you can:

This should also work with  Tri-Edge's beam attack, though I had problems making it work last night. I've heard of people getting invincibility in that fight, so I'm sure it could be done if I kept at it.

It was nice to beat. Using the broadsword dopple weapon w/ the extra punch charge attack.
Also keep hitting him with rengeki but concentrate the beast awareking on the center...

I was at level 100 when I beat him.
Fun battle...except for the fact that I had party members.

I just stood back, let Gaspard and Atoli hit GE and healed them when needed (which raised morale for Awakening). Divine Awakening shields, let them hit core, and healed some more. Wash, rinse, repeat. Took 15 minutes because I never attacked.
