are their any in vol 3? and if so can i get screenshots?

does the forest of pain use a unique envirement?

also, if its 100 floors is it just a cave except the top? (like in the old .hack games)

volume 3 added a forest ruins style dungeon (aside from forest of pain), its kinda neat

no , only 1 forset area, and they upgraded it in FoP area.

What do you get for finishing the forest of pain?

I suggest you bring Zelkova and (Atoli or shino will do)
Zelkova has maxed out Stats and lots of Sp healing items
While Atoli and Shino can heal you

Why not Zelkova and Azure Kite. Afterall isn't Azure Kite Invincible.

Im pretty sure they are not going to make him invincible. Maybe as far as story goes yeah he is but not once he joins you.

I've been looking for info on the new levels, apart from those "Outer Worlds" and the Forest of Pain I can't find out what the other one is. (Assuming FoP is unique) Care to help, you 1337 importers?

Zelkova doesnt have maxed out stats in volume 3, they corrected that

The Forest of Pain is sligtly upgraded with the addition of swinging axes, buffer monsters, bosses every 5 floors, and 100 sections. Other than that and the music, it looks just like the regular (but new to V3) Forest Dungeons.

By "Outer Worlds" do you mean those areas you go to via Area Hacking? The ones that look like a bunch of lines and computer data?

You named em all, I am afraid. The FoP is not unique, it's just a special version of the pre-existing forest/jungle areas, which are new to Vol 3. The Outer Dungeon and the Forest are the only new types of ares you can visit :(.
Unless, of course, you count   Cubia's lair , which is only a story event.
