Eh, I believe it's not completely certain whether this is actually legal or not. I'm going to lock this thread until some kind of evidence pointing at it not being illegal is presented. Zer0 can pm me or any other mod that knows it can post and unlock it.
I believe we may be in a grayzone here and I'm not completely sure what the best way to deal with it is, so this'll have to go for now ;P
