Moonlight

I have tried using the Moonlight keyword to have Doppleganager appear automatically but he doesn't seem to be in the fields I end up in with it. Is there something else I have to do?

well he dose move around alot My guess would be to go around and kill everything, if you still dont see him then ride the bike to every area untill you do.

He often hangs around at a certain place, then warps to a different part of the area. You just have to be vigilant.

Or sometimes that happens to me. He is in a battle zone....
My best suggestion: go to a field.

You get it in an e-mail when you beat the game.

i had to walk around for awhile until i found him just walking around, but there wer monsters near him so i walked back and he started chasing me but after a bit he warped to a different area of the field

yeah he wonders the field, i've had him agro me like 2 seconds after i've ported into the field. He teleports towards you its really creepy

I love how doppleganger is the embodiment of fear, the wat the screen starts pulsating blood red, the music, him lurking towards you with the dark puple aura

Dammit, I keep clicking the wrong button.

Anyway, it's the second game. When you beat it, you get an e-mail with several keywords. One is the third word "Moonlight" which takes you to a field where Doppel is always present.

Actually, I went Doppel hunting to get the scythe yesterday, and at the field I went to... he wouldn't appear. But, after I beat the boss, he appeared right next to me. I've done it several times to confirm it. T'is rather odd...

Yeah i didn't bother to read the e-mail and i didn't know there was a dopple in vol. 2 so when i went to the area the music got really creepy and the screen staerted flashing red i'm sittin there wondering what the hecks goin on and i rotated my camera really fast, i just see a glimpse of him when he zoomed toward me and i was sitting close to my tv to see better and i nearly jumped out of my seat.
