*off topic* yes im alive just been playing the first and sceond GU games like crazy.* gets back on topic*
Do you get AK's twin blades at al in the game?
How come Ovan is alive still? OH wait "rebirth"

Yes, you get Kite's blades.
Ovan is alive due to the Rebirth Epitaph.

At the end of vol. 3 is when I beleive you get Azure Kites blades

In the last arc. So near the end of the game, but a decent amount before the final boss.
