ok, im a huge .hack fan and i have watched all of sign(plus the bonus episodes intermezzo and unison) and all of dusk, plus i have played and beaten all four games. but heres something i dont understand. i was watching dot hack gift on the fourth volume of liminalty that came along with .hack//QUARANTINE and on one of the scenes, Tsukasa and Mimiru are discussing where the hot spring could be by going down the list of keywords that start with G (first keyword), F (second keyword), and T (third keyword). But on one of them, Mimiru's last keyword is bleeped/censored audio-wise and the word is blurred so you can't read it. Does anyone have the answer on why thats censored and what may be that final keyword?

I'll take a look at that and try and figure it out. It's been a while since I watched gift.

It was censored in the original Japanese, mind you.

Gift doesn't make a whole lot of sense, so it could have no reason at all.

I agree with Ardo. I think they censored it just to be amusing. If they wanted to be that careful they wouldn't have  Helba running around practically nude now would they? ^^;;

I'm not sure how relevant this is, as kanji compounds can have meanings unrelated to their component characters, but the visible character (屠) means "slaughter".
