Azure Flame Kite is trying to send his friend a birthday present, but all he has is an empty box. He hears sounds of happiness nearby, so he leaves and returns with Silabus's severed hair. "Hmm.." He adds various characters and mascots. "There aren't enough things..." "I need that!" "He's soo scary!!" "But..." He goes and comes back and checks to make sure he lost Ovan. Then he adds the glasses, addresses the package, and Chim Chims run off to take it to his friend in Fukuoka. Then he realizes he forgot to write "Tenjin" (the downtown part of Fukuoka). "*Even if he wrote it it would never get there ^v^" "Happy Birthday!"

That's hilariously cute. The best part would be when he was thinking if he should go steal Ovan's glasses. Also the part where he took the glasses out and there was screaming in the background.
