Golden Sun 3?

does anyone think that they should make a golden sun 3? it could be about how alex makes it out of that place alive and isaac and evryone has to once again go on a journey. oh, and it would be for the DS, because the touch mechanics would be sweet for psynergy usage!

there were several sites that said it might be a trilogy.
also, the way the second one ended has a real feel of "to be continude" to it.
seeing that the games were also quite populer and good, i could easily imagin a third game.

Camelot stated they would not continue on with project and thus has ended unfinished unlike Shining Force 3 a real shame.

yeah I was like hooked on that game immediatly. The only thing I didn't like was the Djinn looked like little puffballs of doom. They aren't made to be cute!

man they ended the project? I was really looking forward to a possible 3rd game. The first two were amazing and i would go get the third one when it came out, whether i had the money for it or not.

This would be one of the only DS games that if it were $50 I would buy it. Golden Sun was an astounding game.

Since 2003, many fans hoped for another sequel, especially when a Camelot representative announced that "the current status of a third game ... is still up in the air" [5]; however, there has been no confirmed announcement for its development or production.

it was so worth it to get all the djinn. especially to be able to summon JUdgement and Catasrophe.

Actualy I heard that there might be a third one just in a japanese version.
I believe it was called golden sun 3: The path of Alex. I hope that Alex does not fess up and become a good guy. That would be so tacky. I can see it now. I am sorry for trying to kill you and your freinds felix, and Issac. I was just a stuck up jurk with plans for world DOMINATION. But after getting pwned by the Wise One, I think I have learned my lesson!

it could be that alex is the good guy though. he dose do alot of wicked things but there are several things questionable about his action. if you read his mind you can see he still cares about mia.
one totally bogus, unrealistic, and unsupported theory:
Alex is trying to reach the golden sun before Krad (whos the real badguy) dose. that's why he is going aginst the team is becuse they are helping krad. seriously, krad knows a hella lot about alchemy and it's history. I just have a feeling he is using them, but i'm probably wrong, like always.
that's my 2 cents.

In some twisted sequence of events that just might be true. I mean what did alex want the golden sun for? to destroy vale. which is where kraden was at the time right?

It really is too bad that Golden Sun ended but the series did finish. (hence the 'The End' at the end :P)
Now that I think about it, Alex kind of reminds me of Sakaki. Secretly evil, helps both sides for his own benefit, manipulative, crazy idea about power...only in Golden Sun you never get to beat the living crap out of Alex ._.

You know, I would love a Golden Sun 3. Imagine using the DS stylus for Psynergy like Move and Force?
That would be cool. Too bad they stopped the series...
