First I'd congratulate them for even getting it from me, given I'm going to protect it with barbed wire and lazor beemz.
Then I'll beat the hell out of them and break their ribs in, so they'll know what it feels like to lose something you want. Assuming they want ribs.

It depends on who the "someone" is.
Assuming this "someone" did it because they hate me, or to be mean... I might just shove my shot down their throat. And impale them on my javelin. And shove my discus up their ass.

Don't even joke about that man. Plus I've trained in 39 diffrent ways to kill someone with a spork. So I only hope noone messes with me or they will miss their bowels SO MUCH!!!!!! (runs away to find spork)

someone watched american history x...
either way, i would make them buy me a new one... i can be quite persuasive with their throat in my hand.

I'd do what any normal person would. I'd make that person pay for what i payed for the game in full.

I would tell the person to give me money to buy a new one, then use the warrenty to get a new one, and use the money for the movies.

I would write an angry letter stating that it was highly rude of them to break my Vol.2 disk. Then I'll nicely state that they should buy me a new Vol.2 game to replace what he/she broke.
And then I'll kick their butt.
