You'll get them automatically. In fact the twin blades you start with.

those...super weak weapons are the weapons of choise for the PKK?

Yeah pretty much he used his default weapons as he was too lazy to change them. (In reality the characters always use their default weapons in cutscenes as they can't really know what weapon you will have equipped.) Although in Vol.2 you get stronger versions of those weapons which look the same except they are solid black. (they are also the best weapons of that volume.)

yes you get the best twin blades, broadsword, and scythe.
