I know that Vash from Trigun and Kuhn are voiced by the same actor. Right now I'm replaying Rebirth while I wait for Vol.2 to come out. But I just can't help but see so much of Vash in Kuhn. The way he is with the ladies, his charisma, etc. During the avatar battles, I keep expecting to see him whip out his angel arm.

You will never see Kuhns avatar use angel arm. That is Haseo's move.

I thought Kuhn was a lot like Vash as well, only thing is Kuhn gets tie girl and not drunk.

My friends think its funny if I play Triguns beer song when I have have to use healing items on Kuhn.

I think abel nightroad is way more like vash, but, that is TOTALLY offtopic, in terms of kuhn, no

Whenever I hear Kuhn's voice I associate it with Guy Cecil from Tales of the Abyss. It's probably due to me playing and beating ToA right before I started playing .hack//G.U. The same applies to me thinking of Luke/Asch when I hear Haseo's voice.

Yeah that is weird how kuhn and vash act alike I never relly noticed it untill I read this.

I sorta noticed it, and I was expecting him to randomly take out a bag of donuts in the game...Although it's also ironic that they both use guns........

But it would be really, really cool, too.

I love Vash. I love Kuhn. I love the fact that Vash voices Kuhn.

It was seriously my dream come true.

Personality-wise, I see quite a few similarities between them. One of my friends has even called Kuhn "a more tolerant Vash the Stampede." He expects him to go "Love and PEACE!" in the scrollbar that pops up over the characters' heads when you're running around a field.

Other friends of mine call him Vuhn, and I've been calling him Kuhn the Stampede ever since I got the US version of the game.

So, yes. I'd say Kuhn and Vash have a few notable similarities. But none to the point that they're the same exact character. They share a lot of characteristics, though, and that's A-OK by me. The more parallels between them, the better! (Even though by now, Kuhn has trumped Vash in my heart.)

Despite Ovan's left arm, I actually think that Matsu might be closer to Wolfwood (he just needs to take up smoking).

when the very first E3 trailer was released that was the first thing that crossed my mind when Ovan walks up at the end, I was all "its Wolfwood!". a few friends of mine agreed with me too

He's also the voice actor for Ichigo in the english Bleach dub.
