now ive completed the whole bounty quest and collected 50 but i still havent got that weapon ? is there any other spots i should be checking ?

It may be an item that you get from the person getting PKed themselves.
You know, how after you rescue them they say 'thank you' and give you something in return? Probably something like that. ^^;
