Question on Vol.2 .

I'm new here and all, so i'm not sure if this has been posted before but....

What all transferes over from Vol.1 to Vol.2? I've heard several different things on GameFAQs, but it changes all the time.

basically everything, execpt people find,mecha grunty, chim chim quests~

weapons,items,experience,weapon levels,and guild stats as far as I know.

Thank you all for the help, and i'm sure i'll like the site. I've been just lurking around for quite awhile and saw how good a site this is.
