The quality of the graphics in vol.2 and 3 are much better than vol.1.
For example, in Vol.1's cutscenes, you have them doing those same "stances" when they're talking normally, like Haseo still crosses his arms, and Gaspard still has his same waddle run. But, in vol.2 and 3, they have a lot more motions, and the quality itself is improved, not only in the cutscenes (moves), but also just playing normally and when they're talking out of movies.

i'd buy one but they tend to be quite expensive
and to get back to the topic, i've only tested vol.2 a little so far, so can't really say about the graphics improvement, but what i noticed is that in vol.2 the system seems t obe alot ffaster than in vol.1 (the battles for example, you can beat up people a lot faster than before
)

well, i have, my copy of FFXII (not that i care since i can burn a new one and the game sucked anyway)
but i DO NOT want to break my G.U. discs at any cost so, i just opened the case, copied the game to my PC and installed it on the ps2, now the disc rests nicely on my bookshelf, never to be touched again until i format my PC and losing the .iso file

hehe, im not too big fan of the recent square stuff...
FF series has been on a nice downhill sice FFVIII was released, IX, X, X-2 and XII are always a bit worse than the previous one.
not to mention the damn FFVII ripoffs called Dirge Of Cerberus and the Crisis Core (or whatever it is) and Advent Children
