Ive seen hack//Roots and Taihaku's weapon in roots
doesnt seem the same that he uses in vol.3.
Can anyone tell me anything?

I think they messed up. His weapon in the game is the orginal one he had in Roots before he met with Harold only with a slightly different color scheme. Meanwhile the weapon he actually gets from Harold is never seen again.

now that you talk about it that weapon i think he
uses it (his first weapon...i didn't remember) in the Forest of Pain before getting that weapon from harald

Actually, the weapon he got from Harald appears in Volume 3 with AIDA infection.

My point was it's animated differently in the game than in Roots. Whether it was a mistake or if the AIDA transformed it was said to be the weapon Harold gave him except it looks different.

It's just a different artist's style, just like Shino's Wave difference and Haseo's hair.

I wanna know why he's using a edge punisher weapon instead of a steam gunner weapon

maybe harold hacked it into him instead of giving him the massive level boost that haseo got for his answer, or maybe the aida allowed him to use it...either way, it bothers me

No, Taihaku only got a blade.

The blade he did receive though does have the pattern of a steam gun though, so it can be argued that he has one.

Herald did not zap him, he simply just gave him ' that sword '

harald gave him the sword-gun like and
it's called maxwell and it's a steam gum

 then in vol3, he gives you the sword and you can equip it as your edge punisher weapon

Now that's interesting.... maybe it's a multiclass weapon, even its existence is uncertain, made by Harald but infected with the AIDA, I think it's just for gameplay porpouse.

it's almost 100% just for gameplay purposes and i dun think they expect us to ask about it, but hey, it's interesting to think about

No, Maxwell is destroyed. You're talking about a totally different sword.

Yeah, he did break it, but the sword Taihaku gives him, Szilárd, seems to be based off it somehow, with the same abilities. And also the names: Maxwell's Demon -> Leó Szilárd.

Uhh. Well just think like Taihaku was using the duping item method in Diablo 2 (SoJ thingy), and some how he duped it as Edge Punisher instead. Who knows? He probably duped it as Partisan, Blade, and Twin Blade of double the Maxwellness.

Guys, in roots, I'm almost positive I saw a gun between the two blades on Tai's weapon. Also, it's the same weapon as when he has AIDA infection.

But, this makes me wonder, since they both met with Harald, do you think Haseo was infected with AIDA when he met him, since Taihaku's weapon is shown infected later on in the game?
