"Crap, she's just getting worse." He looked down at the IVs and sighed. "What is there to lose?" He yanked them both out and then got some bandages to stop the bleeding. As he was wrapping his eyes wandered and he noticed the marks. "What are those? Did somebody break those?" He hefted her back up to the bed and checked her pulse. "Crap crap crapcrapcrap. Her pulse is rocketing. He looked her in the face. "Why? Who would do this?" He found a scalpel and hid it with some medical tape on the inside of his wrist, ready to access if anybody made another attack. "Macha, don't you dare die on me now. You hear me? Neither of us went through all that just to die here." Ghah! I need an antidote, but I don't even know what this stuff is, much less anything about medicine to locate one even if I did know what this was. Nevertheless he started rifling through the cabinets looking for something that looked like the poison Macha had been injected with. If he could figure out what that was, he just might be able to find a cure.

Macha's condition seemed to improve slightly after the Iv's were jerked out of her. The liquid that had been pumping into her was now running on the floor and burning little holes through it. The drops of the liquid dripped from floor to floor all the way to the basement. As Jay was rummaging through the cabinets finally the nurse returned with three doctors and their nurse staff. The nurses walked over to where Macha was laying on the bed and started drawing blood from Macha. After they were done they walked off and left the three doctors there to start their diagnosis. The men were moving stethascopes all over her body trying to judge her breathing pattern. When they found it They scribbled something on their notepads and two of them left. The last doctor walked over to where Jay was and walked him back to his bed. " It's ok son. She'll be okay. Were all still wondering though. Who is she? The last time the records were checked she wasn't in this room with you. If any she was only moved here recently. It's gonna be at least an hour before my colleagues get the result on our diagnosis. So let's talk. Where exactly have you been while in your Coma?" The doctor said as he scratched his head in confusion. Two of the nurses came back into the room with a hospital bed and hoisted Kay up onto the bed. They than ran an Iv and started pumping Saline and other vitamins into the girl so she might wake up and recover a little quicker.

Jay scooted back up to the head of his bed and pulled his knees up to his chest. He wrapped his arms around his legs and thought for a moment whether or not he could trust this man doctor or no, a supposed nurse just tried to kill Macha. Jay decided to play it close to the vest for the time being. "Been? I was in a coma. I had a few dreams. Knights, damsels, dragons, you know fantasy stuff." He shrugs. "Do you have any idea what that stuff is?" Jay asked, nodding towards the blue liquid that was now apparent to be extremely harmful and extremely dangerous.

Dark Blade, his hand now fully restored, pondered where he should go or what he should even do for that matter.

"You must leave the girl." A musical male voice floated through his mind.
"No ..." He responded to it.
"She is a danger to you." A female voice this time.
"NO ..." He replied again.
"She'll kill you." A condecending male voice added.
"SHE WILL NOT!" Dark Blade yelled as Diamond and Obsidian materialized in human form and tumbled across the ground. He stared at them with a small feeling of disgust. "Your lucky you have no material body Chaos or you would be sitting next to them." "I suppose I shall count that as a blessing then." Chaos said in his melodic voice. "Shut up." Dark Blade was irritated. And rightly so. Someone he cares for tried to do harm to him. And he had a very good feeling that time would not make her less inclined to do so.

"Dark Blade we speak the truth!" Diamond spoke up from where she knelt on the ground. "The truth? What do you know about the truth Diamond? Or should I call you Lunar?! You think I am a fool?! You think I did not notice that two minds suddenly disappeared from my own?!" Diamond shrunk back against her brother and in doing so took on the childlike form of Lunar. "No we did not and DO not think you are a fool!" Obsidian spoke up next, "We were afraid that if we told you, you would not know how to take the news." "What news, pray tell, could I not deal with ... Shadow?"

Obsidian Stood up straight and gained his composure, "The news that both Diamond and myself had been beyond the point of repair ..." "What?" Now Dark Blade was confused. What he was hearing made no sense. If they had been beyond repair at any point he would have known. He would have ...... "Cubia's attack ....." He trailed off. "Yes." Diamond spoke in Lunar's manner and tone, "Our code had been degraded to the point where we could not be saved ...... save one way. Replacement of our damaged code with identical code. The only source being our predecessors. The original versions of ourselves." Dark Blade's head was spinning. He had actually lost them at one point? How had he not noticed! He had heard their screams but had no idea they were hurt so drastically.

"In order to save us Both, Lunar and Shadow sacrificed their data and merged it with ours. In so doing we gained all their abilites and knowledge along with their memories. We ..... Wanted to tell you. We just didn't know how ... We are still us, still Diamond and Obsidian. Just ... a little different from how we were before." Dark Blade was clutching his head in his hands. "I, need some time to think. Alone." Dark Blade formed a shadow portal in his direction of travel and stepped through it, leaving Obsidian and Diamond, back in her adult form, in the empty night field. "We should of told him immediatly. Now he thinks we're keeping things from him." Diamond cried. Obsidian gave her a hug. "And sadly .... We still are." Obsidian put a hand on his sister's head and smoother her hair.

Without really thinking of where to go Dark Blade found himself in front of the doors of the Hulle Granz Cathedral. "Fate mocks me." He mumbled to himself as he opened the doors and stepped inside. Inside he saw a girl inspecting the pedestal where Aura's statue used to be. Looking around closely he noted all damage that he had done to the church a few months back had finally been fixed. The young looking player was checking the pedestal from all angels as if looking for something. She seemed to be talking to herself as she examined the stone. Shouting in frustration she struck the pedestal with a small sword. Dark Blade was there in an instant one of the Abyss Blades at her throat. "Do not disrespect a symbol of Aura in my presence." He lowered his weapon but did not put it away. "I intend to sit in here to think. If you wish to continue whatever you were doing I implore you to do it quietly and without malice. If you do those two small things you may sit with me when you are done. Sometimes talking with someone you have just met opens new doors to old problems." His two cents in he walked over to one of the front pews closest to the center aisle and sat with his arms folded over his chest as he stared where Aura's statue used to be, his mind placing a mental version of it in his sight.

Seika glanced at the other player in fury. In a quick, swift motion, Seika appeared behind the other player; Scythe drawn. "Draw your weapon on me like that again...and you will regret it..." she said in a cold tone. "Now, you said "a symbol of Aura"., Which means, This place has some connection to what I'm looking for, and on top of that, you may have some very valuable infomation I'd like to get. Tell me. Who is this Aura, and what exactly does this place have to do with her exsistance?" She then raised her Scythe. "But be careful, sweetheart. Screwing me over just might get you killed..."

Dark Blade was no fool. He knew this was a skilled player. Though not skilled enough to defeat him, definetly skilled enough to become a hassle. He sighed deep and long before pressing his throat against the blade of the other player's scythe. Blood flowed from his throat as a gash opened. "Dear girl there is no need for hostilities. I am in a bad mood and I lost my temper at your actions for which I appologize. But if you think threatening me will get you anywhere ..." He paused and looked back at her, "You are sorely mistaken." He turned his head back around and stopped looking at her. Dark Blade knew that she would get angered and attempt to harm him, he was counting on it. The scythe blade came up fast at his neck but he used one of the Abyss Blades to deflect it so he could slip under the scythe.

The girl went in to a battle stance immediatly, ready for anything he tried. She would not be expecting what he was about to do though. Cracks appeared all over his armor, black particles swarming out and covering his body. The particles fell away from Dark Blade revealing what had happened. There before the girl stood the imposing figure of Chaos. "Now then girl. Show me what your made of. Maybe i'll tell you what you want to know if you put up a good fight."

Inside their shared minds Dark Blade spoke to Chaos, 'Do not harm her. I merely wish to test her abilities.'
'She managed to get behind you.'
'Thats why I want to test her. She could be a useful addition in our search for Aura.'
'She seems to be seeking Aura for her own goal.'
'All the more to see if she has reasons similar to our own.'
'Very well. I will not kill her, but I make no other promises.

"What the hell is that thing?" Seika said. "It's...demonic." Holding her ground, she then cast a spell. "VAK DON!!" In a sheer explosion of fire and embers, the spell immediately consumed the omnious figure. Seika paused, only to be shocked as the figure had stepped out of the smoke unharmed. She checked her screen as the enemy's HP remained unphased. "Damn. Spells are inneffective." Suddenly, one of the winged blades shot at Seika. "Ngh!" she leaped into the air, barely avoiding the attack. "Alright then..." She then began to freefall straight towards the enemy. "How about physical combat!!!" she switched to her dual swords. "DIE!!!" CLANG!!! The cathedral had echoed as sword clashed against sword. In a amazing burst of speed, Seika slashed and dodged as the enemy did the same. Sparks luminated the weapons with orange light as attack after attack rapidly clashed. Finally, Seika had slide back, realizing she was at a complete deadlock with the enemy. She gripped her dual swords in fustration. She closed her eyes as a quick glimpse of her sister flashed in her mind. Her eyes re-opened, wide with anger and determination. She switched back to her sycthe as her hair shaded her eyes. "I'll finish this..." She then charged at the enemy, leaping into the air as she flipped, preparing to swing. "IN ONE BLOW!!!" Tension grew in the atmosphere as she closed in on the final strike. "HAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!" BANG!!! The impact shook the the enviorment. Seika dropped back. The enemy still stood in front of her. After that, she had realized it was going to take a lot more to defeat such a foe. "Hmph!" she said, swinging her scythe back into her character. 'You're no normal player." she said, narrowing her eyes.

"Normal is a term that does not apply to me." Chaos answered in his musical voice. "Surely that is not ALL you are capable of? I expected at least a warm up." Chaos appeared behind the girl before she could blink, "The fight isn't over yet. You should block." he hit her with one of his wings sending her flying. "You are strong but undiciplined." She landed on her feet against the wall and came back at him with her scythe. Chaos cleanly side stepped the attack and grabbed her blade with one of his wings. He used her momentum to send her flying again in another direction. "You are skilled but unfocused." Again she came back, this time twin swords drawn. Putting his 4 wings together like a sheild he deflected the inital attack as the second sword came around the side at his face. Quickly rearranging his wings he caught both of the swords and held tight. "You KNOW but do not UNDERSTAND." He flipped her over his head, releasing her weapons in mid air, throwing the girl once more.

'Your enjoying toying with her arn't you?'
'Perhaps.'

She landed on top of Aura's pedestal. She looked off kilter. Either she was not used to being thrown around so casually or his words had affected her. "I suggest you calm yourself now if ever wish to defeat me and get the answers you seek."

'What are you up to?'
'She is better than this. Her anger is making her fight sloppy. Sound familiar?'
Dark Blade remained silent.

"Ngh!" Seika grunted. She immediately became irritated. Her rage had continued to cycle through her mind. She pulled out her Scythe again, as she charged for the enemy once more. "BASTARD!!" she screamed. Suddenly... "Sister..." "What?" "This isn't the way..." Seika had stopped. A tear had ran down her cheek. "O....Onee-chan?" "If you wish to save me...Don't do it this way..." Seika dropped to her knees. "But I...I..." "You must save Aura...For my sake...and The World's..." The voice of her sister began to fade away. "NO! WAIT!! ONEE-CHAN!!" Seika dropped her head in despair. "Don't leave me...again..." A few moments had past before Seika rose to her feat. She then walked towards her enemy. Dual Swords drawn, she slowed her pace, step by step. The enemy had braced itself. Then, Seika raised one of her swords in the air. She spoke, "You now have two options...You can go ahead, and slay me right here and now, or...You can raise your weapons against mine, and call a truce..." her eyes were fierce, but sincre. Silence continued to wake through the cathedral...

Chaos smirked, "Hmph. Calmed down then have you?" He relaxed his stance and folded the blade wings behind his back. "You have defeated me. Not with strength, but with wisdom." Holding one of the Abyss Blades he touched it against her weapon. "Your reward will be answers. But first ..." Chaos looked back at the chathedral doors. Two heads could be seen peering around one of the open doors. "You two. Return. Now." Two streams of particles flew from the door in to Chaos, a white one and a black one. Diamond and Obsidian had apparently followed Dark Blade and were attempting to keep out of sight as they kept an eye on him. There was a quick argument in their shared minds. Lots of cursing and some yelling about when someone said alone they meant alone.

Chaos smiled again and bowed low to the girl. As he came back up his form faded away in to a cloud of black particles, leaving Dark Blade once more standing before the girl. Dark Blade had a slightly annoyed look on his face since he had just finished an argument but he looked the girl square in the eyes and spoke, "There are questions I know you wish to ask. Some about myself. Those can wait. Aside from two things that is. The first is my name. Dark Blade. Simply refer to me as Dark if you wish. Second ..." All annoyance left his face, replaced by seriousness, "I value honestly above everything else. Lie or attempt to trick me and I will no longer speak. I would rather you said nothing over lying." He went back over to where he had been sitting previously and sat back down but kept his gaze on the girl.

Lenae slowly got up from the bed. She then leaned down and picked up her scythe. Running her hands across the scythe Lenae activated the gate out command. " Hidden Forbidden Holy ground." Lenae said in a cold tone of voice. The girl disappeared as blue ring went around her and she began her trip to the church. Lenae appeared on the now empty pedestal where Aura used to be. Lenae's black eyes honed in on dark blade a glare being shot at him. Lenae spread her black wings and she tried to fly off the pedestal. But upon doing so she just slumped to the ground in a heap. It would seem Lenae was still too tired to do much of anything. Laying on the ground she looked up at dark blade as a tear of blood went down her white face. Lenae had tried to fly to Dark Blade but she just couldn't.

Something caught Seika's attention, but quickly left Seika's vision. "Hmm.." She then focused her attention at Dark Blade. "You should worry more about lying to me." she said as she stood in front of Dark Blade. "I'm Seika. Seika Yatamori. I'm on a quest...No...A mission to bring back my sister Nayomi. I found her, lying on the floor with her M2D still on. Barely conscious, she whispered the words, "Save Aura." After three days laying in her hospital bed, the doctors confirmed that she's in a coma." Seika gripped her fist. "I'll be damned if I just do nothing to save her. That's why I have to hurry!!" Dark Blade did not change his expression. "So...I start off with a couple of things. Who the hell is Aura? and What the hell could of attack my sister?"

Lenae slowly propped herself up on her scythe. After much effort she put her full weight on the weapon
allowing her to get up. Lenae then walked up behind Seika and spread her wings. The black splendor of the wings of something to behold. Their feathers were like those of an angel but as if they had lost their innocence. Lenae put the scythe away and she allowed her claws to get long and pointy.

“I’ll answer your questions but know this; lay another hand on him and I'll slay you where you stand." Lenae said as she ran her black claws gently down the Seika's back. After this Lenae appeared suddenly in front of Seika with her arms out spread in an attempt to put some distance between Seika and Dark Blade. Keeping this pose Lenae went on to answer Seika's questions.

“Aura is more important than you think. She is the goddess and ruler of this world. Dark Blade and I are trying to find her; we need her to save this world. On your second inquiry; could you please describe what it was that attacked your sister? I won't be able to help you unless I know." Lenae said in an icy tone.

If she hurts him...I'll pk her! After all...without him. I don't know what I would do. Who am I kidding...I couldn't hurt a fly. Lenae thought as she lowered her face in sadness. A single crystal tear went down her face and it hit the ground without a sound.

Back at the hospital-------

The doctor shrugged. Well jay it was supposed to be a solution which was ment to repair the muscles in elen's legs, but If its caused her problems someone must have injected her with another shot. Would you by chance have a sample of that shot handy?

As the doctor was speaking Macha let out a moan of pain and rolled over to face Jay. Her eyes were still closed but it was kinda creepy. If jay was to look at her he would notice she was sweating profusely.

Torch was about exhausted of all this quibbling between people who were obviously meant to be on the same side. Everybody was looking to get Aura back, Dark Blade well ok Torch wasn't really sure about Dark Blade's reasons but he was sure he had them, Lenae well its her destiny after all, right? Nothung, why was Nothung doing this again? Honor? Boredom? Probably the first one. And now this girl, Seika was it? She's trying to save her sister, what better reason could you ask for?

Torch reverted to his fireball form from the floating candle and put an arm around both Seika and Lenae. "Aw, come on Lenaenae, she doesn't want to hurt anybody. Little Seika here just wants to get her sister back. There's no need to be so mean, put those away, kay?" He released both girls only to grab both of Lenae's clawed hands and begin spinning her around. After three revolutions he stopped. "Besides, she said she just found her sister . If she had been there to witness the event its unlikely she would still be here with us, unless the person who did it just wanted to torment her." He floated over to Seika and his fiery arms wrapped around her filling the player with a warm sensation as he hugged her. "We're all friends here, right." He had a slight laugh in his tone at the end and then sat himself down on her shoulder and opened up two pairs of eyes, one to stare at Lenae and one to stare at Dark Blade until one of them would acquiesce and relax, or blink whichever came first.

"Don't touch me again!" grunted Seika. She felt uneasy. "So tell me, Dark..." she said as she walked up towards him. "My final question. Could this Aura, bring back my sister from her coma?"

Jay was about to snap at the man's comment about somebody injecting something, but he saw the sweat on Macha's face, and Jay's desire to see Macha better again overrode his nervousness about this man. He'd just have to trust in him. Jay grabbed a towel and began dabbing at Macha's, Elen's, face. "Yeah, there's a small sample of it in there. Please hurry and figure out what's going on. I may not be a doctor, but I doubt all of this sweating is good."

((OOC: Gomen! Sorry for another long abscence from me. Being in the broadcast industry is not all smiles and stories. It's hard work ))



With Lenae's appearance and joining of the conversation he was having ..... Things were getting complicated. "Lenae, Torch is right. Please, calm yourself and sit down." He spoke softly and motioned for Lenae to take a seat near him but not directly next to him. The last thing he needed was Lenae trying to delete him again in front of someone who did not know what was really going on.

Dark Blade looked Seika directly in the face and gave her an honest answer, "I do not honestly know for sure if she could bring her back from a coma. But what I do know is that by finding Aura your sister's chances improve dramaticaly." He paused for a moment and turned something over in his head before speaking again. "Torch said something that makes sense but Lenae asked a very important question. Do you have any idea as to what your sister was doing or where she was in The World before she fell unconcious? This could help greatly if you know."

(OOC: good to see ya online Dark, I kinda was wondering what happened to you there for a little while.)

Lenae walked over to Dark and without inhibition hugged him and put her head on his shoulder. Tears then began to run down her face; as Lenae's arms were around Dark Blade the delete command tried to start up again but Lenae deleted one of the tiles of the church instead. "Why am I trying to hurt you. I...don't want to. Part of me wants to live the rest of my life with you, but another part of me wants to tear you apart." Lenae whispered to Dark as tears continued to run down her face. It was just loud enough for dark to be able to hear her.

The doctor opened the drawer and took the broken vile with the goopy liquid in it. He put it in a plastic bag and he went back to questioning Jay. " You seem to adress this girl as Macha. Who is this macha? To our knowledge no one with that name is registered here. I'll see what I can do about the sweating but we need to know whatever it is you know about this girl." The doctor said with a concerned look on his face. With that the doctor took the plastic baggie with the goopy liquid and broken vile in it and he walked out of the room. Leaving Jay alone with Macha/elen.

Macha's eyes opened and she looked at Jay. "Oh yeah by the way I may have accidentally hijacked this girl's body. I hope that's not too much of a problem." Macha said in an embaressed voice.

"Now you tell me." Jay slumped down to the ground next to the bed. "Jeez." He slid himself back up onto his bed and lied down. "Never a dull moment." He hopped back up, clearly restless and impatient. He shoved his bed next to Macha's and lied down. "Wake me up the next time somebody comes in." He tossed his pillow to Macha and rested his arms behind his head. He doubted he would actually get to sleep, but he needed to close his eyes, else he wouldn't be able to take them off of Macha or Elen or whoever it was he was next to. He was finding that the body of a real person was much more difficult to ignore than a digital one.

Macha frowned. " I came to see you because I have these...feelings I was hoping you could help me understand." After saying this Macha a blush came to her face and she turned away from Jay to try and hide this but the mirror on the wall made it so Jay could see her anyway. "I don't know why I've gained emotions but maybe you can help me understand mine towards you." Macha said as she closed her eyes and smiled comfortably. A few moments later a couple nurses came in the room wheeling in a cart. On it was Jay's sister Kay. She too was wearing a hospital gown but she wasn't awake. The Iv was still hooked up and pumping fluid into the girl trying to make her wake up. Kay let out a moan of discomfort and she turned away from Jay but after that she didn't move. Her only movement was her occasional breathing every now and then.
