Hikaru shut her eyes from the pain, she lay on her back, not too far from the doors of the cathedral. She coughed and cirmson blood began to drip down the side of her mouth. "Just as you have your strength..." she said and stood up slowly, "I have my own!" she shouted and flung a hand at Genesis.
We tried to help you...
And we still are...
I will make you accept our aid...
Even if it means bringing you down with me.
Crimson light shot forth from Hikaru's hand and exploded in front of Genesis, stunning it temporarily. Weapons began to form around Genesis, one weapon for each class. The AIDA suddenly found itself surrounded by the strongest weapon of each class. The weapons had no features, instead, they simply had a bright crimson glow to them.
"You rely on the powers of AIDA, Minoshiya. You thought you lost everything, while help was always there. You..." Hikaru said, then flew towards her Lost Weapon that had hovered in front of Genesis along with the circle of other weapon. "Have no power!" She shouted and slashed at Genesis diagonally, then ended up above it.
She slashed downwards and gripped a Steam Gun, then attacked with it. She attatched the weapon to her Scythe, then picked up a Warlock's tome and cast a flurry of spells on Genesis. She tore at a Harvest's staff and cast a status lowering spell on Genesis. After merging that with her weapon yet again, she grabbed a Brandish and thew it at Genesis. It went straight through the monster and out the other end.
Hikaru flew towards the large sword, then took it's core as well. She made her way to a pair of Twin Swords, then slashed at Genesis yet again. Her hands met a Blade, which then pierced Genesis in the head and merged with her Scythe after use. A pair of fans found themselves within the AIDA's body within seconds, then once again, became one with Hikaru's scythe.
The Multi Weapon flew towards the last, remaining weapon that floated around Genesis. She attatched the Grappler's gauntlets onto her hands, then flew around Genesis and launched a massive flurry of punches and kicks at the beast. Right after her assault, the gauntlets glowed bright crimson and faded into the Scythe.
((Basically, just think of Cloud's Omni Slash in Advent Children XD))
Hikaru flew upwards yet again and hovered above Genesis. "Come back, Minoshiya. We didn't abandon you, nor did we intend to. But if you can't understand even that, then we have no other choice," she whispered and raised her crimson Scythe into the air. It was glowing strangely, as if some powers had sunk into it without anyone knowing.
GENERATION OF UNITY
These cirmson words formed in front of the black and white Multi Weapon, then faded into nothing. She put her Scythe's blade out in front of her, then dived down towards what had become of Minoshiya. The Bracelet on Hikaru's left wrist glowed brightly, but she made no move to use it.
Life or Death...
No one else can decide this...
But ourselves...

"Noooo!" Glace shouted as he saw the massive attack strike everyone down, but him. After the explosions vanished and the damage was done, Glace realized the monster was now on its way towards him. "Come and get me!" He yelled back, gripping his blade and preparing himself to dodge the attack.
However, before the monster could move any further down, Hikaru made a second apperance and stunned Genesis with a bright light; several weapons had then taken form around the monster and she used every one of them to deal a large amount of damage to it. Hikaru had then switched back to her scythe and began to dive towards the monster. Glace noticed the bracelet that was now in her arm glow faintly. "Another bracelet?" He asked himself.
"No matter! We're taking you down!" He yelled again and jumped towards Genesis from below while Hikaru approached it from above. Minoshiya....we'll save you...like or not!!

"I don't know... how much longer I'll be here... after that attack... but I will stay as long as I can." Shadow says as he stands up. For some reason, he could no longer feel the controller that was in his hand, nor the chair he was seated in or the sound of the whirring computers that were running in the background monitoring his vitals. He turned to and saw the light shining from what he could only think was Mino.
"Damn... someone wanna let me know what the hell just hit us?" Chaos said as he too stood up slowly. He noticed the change of weight from a controller to the weight of his heavy blade. "What the hell??? Chaos thought as he looked down. He could feel the weight of the armor on his character pulling down his body. He was amazed that he was able to still stand with the weight. "I don't know how... but it appears that I am no longer watching Chaos on screen, but however I appear to have become Chaos. This is... interesting..." Chaos thought to himself as he quickly tried to get used to the weight of the weapon in his hand.

"That isn't good. Why isn't it reacting?!"
Both men stood bewildered as the monitor depicted Shadow's player in a sleep-like state within the machine. The machine itself had stopped functioning, and according to the machine's status, Shadow was no longer playing the game.
"I'm going to get him out of there." One of the men said as he rushed out the small room and approached the machine. "Open it!" He shouted.
"I'm trying, but it's not responding!" The other shouted back, typing furiously at the large keyboard before him. Several small screens were placed above the mirror that allowed them to see the machine in the other room. All screens showed Shadow's player apparently 'passed out'.
"Damn! What are we suppose to do now!"
Real World: CC-Corp Building--Main Office

"What are you going to do now? The order has already been issued. We can't stay here for long. Do you want to get sued?" One man yelled. He seemed awfully stressed and upset. He wore a white button t-shirt with his sleeves pulled half way up his arms, black pants with a black shiny belt and finally long black shoes.
Another man stood at the edge of a tall window overlooking the city. The day was already dawning and the sky grew dark with orange and white clouds. The man was dressed up entirely of black and he looked just as stressed out as the other man, but depressed aswell. He was also slightly older than the other man.
"Theres nothing else I can do for this place, I believe." He began, sounding dark and depressed. "As we both know, CC-Corp has been ordered to shut the game down. Every person with an account inside The World has been sent a letter explaining why in a few days...The World will be shut down. All players will have to quite no matter what."
The long room grew silent immediatly afterwards and both of them felt the pressure rise.
"But you know. We should have expected this. With all those young players falling into comas, with hundreds of other players going into a state of trance while playing, and now with the phone calls we've received informing the company that once again...another set of players have fallen into a coma while playing...including the one inside CC-Corp." He continued.
The other man turned around and looked away, closing his eyes; knowing that those players who had recently fell into comas were the ones who could have save The World. Now he had no other choice, but to think that all they did was for nothing.
Suddenlly, he turned around again and looked at the old man. "Where is Zeami?" He asked.
The older man turned slowly and looked at the employee with a bewildered expression. "He left this afternoon. Why?"
"He left?"
"Yes. Was there something you wanted to speak to him about?"
"....um...no. No thank you. I'll be leaving now." He said and bowed before walking out of the office.

as the light and electricity sphere started to collapse upon itself, there was a great explosion of blinding light. "Did they do it?" Shadow asked out loud as he looked to the source of the light.
"Rin, Ren, where are you two?" He shouts aloud looking for them. If he'd become Chaos, he could only image what had happened to Rin and Ren. Did both of their personalities take over the one pc? or did the one pc split into two separate characters to accommodate the both of them?

((Once again, so sorry for not posting!! DDD: I really am. X_X Why did I have to get a writer's block now? -_-))
Confused, Rin and Ren hung back from the fight. Everything was happening so fast, the two had no idea what to do. They both felt so useless as they just stood there...
Suddenly, the two girls both cried out at the same time as they were hit by a beam that shot out of their opponent. As they screamed in pain, the words GENOCIDE OF THE UNFAITHFUL flashed across their vision for a moment, then everything seemed to stay still.
"Rin, Ren, where are you two?"
The Rein PC was lying motionless, sprawled on the ground almost comically. Suddenly, the Multi-Weapon stirred, groaning and clutching her head.
"Chaos...?" Ren's voice muttered weakly, struggling to focus on him, "Uh... R-Rin... are you okay?"
There was no answer. Ren jumped up to her feet, not realising what she had done. Then gaped at her character.
"W-what's going on?!" She demanded, "What happened to Rin?!"
Ren! a voice called out. Ren jumped and looked behind herself automatically, before realising the voice was inside her head.
"Rin?!"
O-oh good! You can hear me. the voice echoed in her head in a relived tone.
"W-what? How...Ah... so... ummm... Can you actually talk, then?"
I-I dunno.... I'll try.
Suddenly, Rein's ears and hat drooped down and a shy expression overcame what was formally Ren's usually uppity look.
"It's okay, Chaos-san," Rin answered shakily, "We're both... sort of... here... but... this would... ummm..."
Take some getting used to. Ren's irritated voice rang in her mind, finishing her sister's sentence, Can we switch back?
"O-okay..."
Rein's face was blank for a moment, before Ren's usual features took over.
"Now what?" She demanded dully, falling back on the ground tiredly. Rein's- now her's- body was aching all over, "What the hell's going on?!"

The creature roared out from the smoke as it slashed at both Glace and Hikaru making them retreat in safety again, though the body itself was suddenly starting to ripple as if the whole being itself was made from liquid.
The claws had gone to it's head as it started to claw it's face and body, trying to rip apart the AIDA that covered it, having collected the small amount it tore off and threw it into the air only to watch it come back into it's body. As it suddenly screamed it's body had expanded revealing Minoshiya in the center screaming. Once it was done with it's high pitched scream the body returned to covering the boy, the claws still attempting to rip into itself.
No..this..isn't what I am..this isn't what I want!
Kill each one of them, tear into their bodies and rip out their organs! Bathe in their blood and wear their flesh! KILL THEM!
Stop-

It's tail having then wrapped itself along his neck to prevent him from hurting himself, having been pulled out from it's wall and then flung intoself onto the floor where it curled itself twitching every now and then. It's claws outstretched and scraped on the floor making it sound like nails on a chalkboard. " Kill me! " He screamed, having then jumped into the air where it floated.
" OR I'LL KILL YOU! "
The creature had spread itself out as small octagons had appeared in front of his arms and legs, center of the body having started to glow as a cannon formed out to aim at them. " Data-

The AIDA had looked down as the girl had released her own Data Drain, having suddenly shot out it's own to clash at it. OF course the resulting blast had blinded everybody and Hikaru's Data Drain had shot right through in a matter of seconds, the AIDA had suddenly revealed Minoshiya from the small ball that had aimed at him.
The blast connected with his body, having then cause dthe AIDA to be shot out as it spread all over the area. His body having glowed as the Data Drain had found it's target and then prepared to suck the necessary information out forcefully.
" No.. "
" AHHHH!!!!! " Minoshiya had scramed out as Data was being ripped out of his body, the AIDA that had been forced out having attempted to cover him again only to get pushed back as it tried.
Everything's..leaving me...everybody..
Visions of people he had attacked and Data Drained before had shot through his mind, having pictured the Administrator during the battle in the arena. The People that continually asked him where he got his items, Nephilim..
No..shes leaving me..no!!
He had twitched as his eyes closed shut and his body having curled up and clutched onto one of the spheres, orbs having shot out from his body as it passed everybody by and left the Cathedral. The people were gone but the Data Drain continued to go at his body, his PC having suddenly been changed again to it's normal clothes as small parts were missig and full of errors. His body having cringed as he felt his levels and items disappear, his memories and people he had met before.
Once it was complete he was left to fall, having turned his head to look at them all one last time as he outstretched his hand. Thoughts having then pierced his mind for the last few seconds.
I gave my strength...And I lost...I gave my heart....I was beaten....I sacrificed my soul....It wasn't enough....I left my friends...For a greater power...But now in the end I'm discovering..that..They had been my power......All along...
The AIDA had then cringed as he was falling, Adam having appeared as he caught Minoshiya with one arm, his body having faced everybody while he flicked back his hair and smirked still. " About time... " He had said as he turned his head to the side and downwards staring at the boy's PC, small parts having been discolored and black as he was slowly panting. Adam raised his other hand and placed it on his chest, having then slowly entered it as Minoshiya had screamed again.
The AIDA surrounding the area had suddenly struck down towards Adam and Minoshiya. Adam having looked up at them with a stern face as they were shot back by his barrier. " How cute, AIDA cares for you...it's trying to save you. " He had mocked, the small black orbs having floated around them. Adam had pulled out a ball of data, having then had antoher one which was much lighter by color. " Good job...you kept Nephilim also... " He had muttered as he let his body hit the Cathedral floor as he held both orbs in front of him. " Hehehe, Mino and Nephy, sitting in a tree. A-I-D-A got them both, first comes the darkness, then comes the light, then comes Eve in a baby carriage. " He had mocked, shrugging as he held both orbs up and they flew off and disappeared, having been given to Eve.
With that done he turned around and disappeared in a swirl of rings, having left Minoshiya by the steps who was starting to let off small streams of data from his body.

"STOP! YOU COWARDLY BAST--" Hikaru roared and reached forward to get to Adam, but he had disappeared before she could do anything. While the Multi Weapon attempted to catch Adam, Uraki made no hesitation to jump on the spot once. She floated down to the ground landed beside Minoshiya's body and she picked him up slightly, his body resting on the stairs, but his shoulders were supported by the girl's arm.
Tears began to flow down the girl's cheeks and she began to sob loudly. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry...I'm sorry...I'm sorry..." she whispered over and over again as she looked down at his data, which had already begun to break down. "P...please...don't..." she said quietly, her voice choking on her sobs as she cradled Minoshiya in her arms.
"Don't go...please..." Uraki whispered and tears began to fall onto Minoshiya's face. Of course...there was no response. She knew it was too late, she knew she couldn't save him. But she didn't want to believe it...she couldn't. "No...no...no...no..." she repeated as his data continued to leave his body in continuous strands into nothing.
"Don't...don't...don't...!!" the Harvest said in a desperate voice as his body began to dissolve at a continuous pace. "Stay here, please, with us. We're here...we're here for you! D-don't...don't go..." she whispered and her voice faltered into a wail as she sat over Mino. Her mourning cries echoed through the cathedral as the truth and sorrow began to sink in.
I'm sorry...I couldn't save you...
Just...don't disappear...
Please...
"...Please..." Hikaru whispered as she looked down at the scene from her spot in the air. She stood there silently and wiped away the tears in her eyes. She made her hand into a fist and began to tremble. Not just from the despair...but the hate...the need for revenge...the need for blood...that overwhelmed every feeling within her.
"Adam...I swear it...I will tear you apart...

"Mino...Minoshiya..."Glace said softly as he landed on the ground, besides the rest of the group. From there he had been witness to the collision of both powers. The clash of hearts.
There was nothing else to say or do in Glace'es heart. His entire body seemed to have frozen as he watched Minoshiya fall to the ground; most of his data already drained away. Somewhere somehow Glace thought everything would have turned out the way he wanted. He wanted Minoshiya to be there, he wanted him to forgive him and Hikaru, and everyone else. He wanted to see him join them and fight Eve. But...
Just as Minoshiya hit the floor, Adam appeared again. He caught Minoshiya and grinned. "...no..." Glace said, feeling his anger rise again as he dug his fingers into the ground. Adam was there again and he seemed to be unharmed. Furthermore, he still had that same stupid grin in his face.
He began to talk again and his words only made Glace grow madder. Just when he was about to grab his blade and towards Adam, the fool turned around disspeared in a flurry of rings. He had escaped once more.
"STOP! YOU COWARDLY BAST--" Hikaru yelled and attempted to catch Adam, but she couldnt. He was already gone. For a while, Glace felt all his anger fall down into a dark pit. It was just too unbelievably true. All that effort and all will....yet it wasn't enought. Was Adam still alive and well? Was he going to come after them again? Would he still live he failed aswell? Too many questions and no answers. It was like if they were all back to the beginning.
Glace saw Hikaru run towards Minoshiya and hold him in her arms. He saw her pour all her heart out with her words, already knowing that Minoshiya couldn't hear her. It was very dissapointing. He wanted to acompany Hikaru and look at Minoshiya one last time, but he stopped himself and looked at Hikaru. He felt like he didn't deserve to see Minoshiya's face. Or maybe, it was because he didn't want to see the face of the man who he promised to free...but maybe failed in doing so.
He could feel the tears building up in his eyes and he felt his breathe fall short. Minoshiya?...Please...forgive me.

What was once a beautiful twin horizon, was now a dark and stormy world. Both skies were filled with purple lightling and rain fell from both skies. Mada was gone and so was Eve. Even all the AIDA had vanished.
From no where suddenlly...
An extremely long black creature appeared from the high sky and dived down slowly towards the lower sky; and even when its head had penetraded the seconds sky, his whole body had yet to fully come out from the first sky.
The creature made a similar sound like the guardian; moaning like a whale. Only this one sounded agitaded and angry.
The thunder grew louder.
It is almost time, Mada. Let the real games begin.

" Y-you're here.. " He had whispered, having slightly turned his head while staring up at Uraki. His vision was blurred and soemwhat filled with static at some point. He had slightly raised his hand up to her face having weakly brushed against her cheek. " D-don't cry...after all..it-it's just a game... " He had mentioned to her as he looked down at everybody and turned his head.
" You..got more friends..it seems..that's good.. " The small parts of his body had started to crack slowly as if he was made from glass, small shards of his clothing having fallen onto the floor as it disappeared into data. " You're..no longer shy..like you used to be.. " He had mentioned, having been proud that she was getting more friends that last time.
He closed his eyes slowly having groaned from the pain as his body was slowly disappearing. " I..guess..I'll have to apologize...for the trouble... " He whispered again turning his head back up face her. " I..was..weak..and lonely...I waited for so long...as long as I could..but... " His hands turned into fists slowly as he felt like sobbing and yet the pain was too strong still.

Shadow walked over to Mino's slowly disappearing body. "Well Mino, good to see you again, but I guess this is where we must say good bye. I never got to say thank you for all your help back during LOCKED. You were a great enemy and an even greater ally. If there's anything I can do to help you now, I would." Shadow says to him as he kneels down in beside him.
"To answer your question Ren, it appears our fight with Adam and his 'perfect form' is done. Without Mino, he doesn't have the human counterpart he'd need to achieve what he was before. Without Mino, he's nothing more than another AIDA creature. However, it seems we didn't manage to save Mino. Instead Hikaru, while trying to Data Drain Genesis alone, Adam sacrificed Mino, splitting from him once more. As for the pain thing... your probably still suffering from the damage inflicted by Genesis durring his attack. Don't worry, you get adjusted quickly. Hold on... this should help..." Chaos says as he uses a healing item to restore a little of her hp. The item recovered about 100 hp, restoring a little vitality to her. "So... when you get a shy expression and your hat hangs down, your Rin, otherwise, your Ren, right?" Chaos asks her as he puts his weapon on his back, it disappearing, like it normally would as he adjusts his fingerless gloves and hat.

The tears fom her eyes didn't stop, they mingled with Minoshiya's as they fell onto his face and the ground. "I'm sorry we made you wait...I'm sorry..."
Hikaru descended back onto the ground, on the far left of the scenes and happennings. She punched her first into the wall beside her and swore a long line of improper words against Adam. She gritted her teeth, not being able to look at Mino's face...nor anyone else's. She had brought everything down...because she had Drained Genesis. Instead...she had managed to put yet another person into a coma.
It would be better if I just disappeared...
Uraki's continuous sobs were the only sound within the cathedral for some time. She couldn't let him go...not so suddenly...not yet. "We only just got you back...so...why?!" she shouted and buried her face under his chin. "Why do...why do you have to go...?" she trailed off and began to sob again.
Battles bring sorrow...
Sorrow brings hate...
Hate brings battles...
And everything repeats itself...
Over and over again...

It felt like all the energy within her had been drained completely. Adam said that she had no emotions...that her actions were all simply fake. But...if this truly was an emotion...if this truly was sorrow...she wanted to destroy it.
Hikaru suddenly flinched, when she saw her arm flicker. It wasn't just that, but her entire body flickered for a split second, then stopped immediately. She punched the wall again, this time, from mixed emotions. Fear, revenge, anger, despair and sorrow...she wanted to destroy it all. To do so...would mean she had to destroy Adam.
There's no more time left...not for Uraki...

"Yeah," Ren replied dully to Chaos, straightening up, "...Thanks." She added as he healed her, the item taking the edge of of the pain.
Ren hurried over to Uraki. Her hat drooped down as she leaned next to the Harvest and placing a hand gently on her shoulder.
"...Uraki-san...." Rin murmured softly, unsure what to say. There really wasn't anything to say.
"Minoshiya..." Ren's voice came suddenly, sounding strangely different without it's usual cocky tone to it, "I.. I.... I'm sorry..." She, too, was at a loss for words. Though it wasn't in her nature to do so, she left her hand on Uraki's shoulder where Rin had left it.
"We.... Promise we'll help more..." Ren muttered, blinking furiously to hide any tears. Her face was blank for a moment, then she looked back to Minoshiya.
"Rin says... She's sorry too." Ren said simply.
Ren hurried over to Uraki. Her hat drooped down as she leaned next to the Harvest and placing a hand gently on her shoulder.
"...Uraki-san...." Rin murmured softly, unsure what to say. There really wasn't anything to say.

Ao held back as everyone felt the first loss of this battle... No, it wasn't the first, or the second. They had lost many an ally in this disgusting battle, haven't thet? .. This was the one outcome he had prayed not to happen. A large feet in it of itself, as Ao was not one to turn to religion.. Though seeing this, he suddenly remebered why.
Ao didn't know what to say. All he wanted was to see everyone come back alive. He didn't fight to save The World. That wasn't his role. He only wanted to save the people around him. To give enough support to allow them to walk their path chosen by fate... Hah, fate... What a disastful word that had become in these last fleeting moments..
"There is no victory here.." He thoughts coming through his lips as he spoke to no one in piticular. "A friend, clutched in darkness.. Falls into darkness. We cannot even save the one so close in our hearts... But..."
He looked around at the people around him. ".. We can still give others hope. I say again, there is no victory here. We are not heros.. But The World. If anything, those players should not be affected by our disgrace..! Minoshiya... He was taken in this sick game, as well as the others! We mustn't allow his fate to fall upon anyone else! Adam still lives! AIDA still lives! The enemy is still out there! We may find no redemption in this life or the next.. But we at least can take this disease and pull it with us on our journey to hell!"
Ao caught his tounge, a bit later than he had hoped. Too foolish, to let his emotions get the better of him. Who was he to try and stick his nose into their personal affair. It was their friend, after all.. His gaze found a spot on the ground. "... I am sorry.. That was uncalled for..."

" He had mentioned, his voice having suddenly turned more monotone as if his audio was partly gone.
The orbs had glowed and then collected towards the front of the alter creating a chaos gate for them to leave to. " It''ll take..you back...to the area.. " He had whispered silently.
" But..it cost me.. " He whispered, his hand dropped down as his body was slowly disappearing. " Sorry..one last time...I wanted..to tell...you..- " His body was suddenly cracking all over as he was cut off from continuining. The streams of data having continued at a much faster pace as he disappeared.

He said to the Steam Gunner as Ao crossed his path, his tone was low so that the others could still have their moment to collect themselves. "Now everyone will fight twice as hard, but also will fight with abandon. This incident is like a double bladed sword... Hrrm, was this their plan the whole time, I wonder.."
