Absolute favorites are Atoli, Silabus, Kuhn and Haseo. Not necessarily in that order, though.

I'm a G.U.-tard, so I'm not exactly as much in tune with stuff that isn't Conglomerate. However, I am a big fan of Kite, BlackRose, Natsume, Elk, Balmung and Gardenia (yes, I know I'm incredibly indecisive) from the original games, as well as Mimiru and Tsukasa from SIGN. I haven't much gotten in to LotTB, but just from what I've heard I'd probably say Zefie. And in Roots, I LOVE Seisaku and Hideyo. (I know it's part of Conglomerate but I'm listing it here for the sake of mentioning.)

Wished they showed Crim some more in .hack sign, like his care-free attitude. Also like Haseo rage fits, seriously makes me laugh. Always wondered if they'll do a Sora vs Haseo, PK vs PKK in any future anime. It'll be interesting him fighting his alter ego.

My favorite Dot Hack character of all would have to be Kite from the first four games because he is the type of person who puts his friends needs above his own and wants to help anyone that needs help.
