Huh. Get off my internet.
That was great, AuraTwilight.

Any possibility Shino and Aina have anything in common?

Well, any being with Data Drain abilities can seemingly hurt a PC's player. Like the Guardian in Sign.

Huh. Get off my internet.
Give me a second to take that in... ... *breathes* Alright, back to business.

CC Corp wouldn't make something that could send players into comas. Avatars are an exception.

1) They started out with comatizing abilities.
2) They were essential components for something that could save the net.

They harvested the phases to create a new Aura to stabilize the net.

they should have known by now that they fail at most things. and they nearly did stop themselves thanks to Jun.

sucks when your project leader is insane.

For Avatar users not being able to go into coma, I have yet to see it myself, although the worst case is it's probably possible, as Haseo got warned about it several times, and Pai believed Kuhn went into coma, as well as Haseo until Kuhn did practically get up.

Though it is unsure if it's still a true fact or not, until it actually happens, closes is in GU+ Where you see Haseo wake up from his computer, same with Atoli and Pai after the Ovan confrontation (At least I think that was their IRL self in the GU+ Vol 9 and 10)
Avatars and AIDA only have to PK someone to risk a com
^ As for this one I'm not so sure AIDA just needs that, Atoli went unconscious without being touched, however it's probably due to her ability so she more then likely got attacked mentally by the AIDA's sound rather then the AIDA.
Yeah but DD doesn't cause coma's anymore. Avatar's and AIDA do.
Yeah, what Aura said, I believe though that Data Drain, Avatars and AIDA help bring the process forward, there has to be some messed up data within them to cause the players mentality to split between The World, and the Real World.

In The World R:1 it was more like the host of the body was taken out and dragged into the world to take the body of an already dead PC data. It sorta showed it at the first Liminality, and the Final Battle against Corbenik.

As for .hack GU it's still unknown if that's the same case.

The best way to say is well, you know how they use to say Pictures captured your sole, well this time the Camera is The World. (Horrible reference)

Course they would, just not on purpose. After all it's CC Corp, as far as I care "Cyber Coma Corperation"

Well Jun and Jyotaro were both project leaders of GU. And Jyotaro wasn't insane (not yet anyway) he was just a genius, a cocky ass and a megalomaniac. Which was pretty much a recipe for disaster anyway. Personaly I think the RA Plan was stupid, imagine the briefing:

CC Corp: Ok so Aura disapeared the internet is all screwed up. Now we have gathered the best and brightest of engineers and programers here, you know what to do?
Jun: We will go fix up the whole internet ever since Aura left?
CC Corp: eh....no.
Jyotaro: We are gona recreate me into...I mean we are goin to recreate Aura!
CC Corp: Then she can fix the internet for us!
Jun: So you are telling me that while the internet gets worse we will waste our money and resources, trying to get Aura back when we can just try to fix the problems now?
CC Corp:Yes, pretty much.
Jyotato: Yes then I will rule....I mean Aura will rule the internet...again!
Jun: I've got a bad feeling about this....
CC Corp: Look we have been a greedy, lying corporation since Pluto's Kiss, so cut us some slack ok?

It is obvious that she has been reading at some points with all the books around. She isn't reading in the trailers at least, or do you see an invisible book that she is holding?
Of course, she might have an ability to read books without looking at them.

And she seems to be moving since her expression changes in the trailer, it just was done so that the trailer is stopped in those points where we see her and because the not so good quality, it gave me the impression of her not being able to move.
And in the new CM she seems to even speak to someone, if that is her voice.

I can see just fine.
This person just seems ,ore like Aina/Eina to me.
Besides, if that were Saku, wouldn't she more likely be glowing red? If this were Bo, she might be glowing blue.
But who knows.

oh good, here begins the "was that xform at the end of .hack//roots" issue again. ;_;

I mean I also think its Aina, but the fact the quality isn't really high end, and that the characters glowing, and that its from a relative distance is just going to make this thing be an issue till january. >_<

Thats definitely Sakubo.

Check her patterns of her leggings and skirt, they are similar to Sakubos, and lack the customary Aura-esque flowing robes that cvoer the legs. The size of the book is as large as a Warlocks weapons, where as Aina's books are small enough to fit into her lap. And her "ribon" is her hat, its to large to be a ribbon.

Ovan cares about both of them.
For Avatar users not being able to go into coma, I have yet to see it myself, although the worst case is it's probably possible, as Haseo got warned about it several times, and Pai believed Kuhn went into coma, as well as Haseo until Kuhn did practically get up.
Pi and Atoli are PKed by Ovan, and if they were normal players, they would've gone into a coma. Way back in volume 1, as you remember, Yata's Project GU knew practically nothing about the Avatars, so they had to be super careful. They might not have been aware that they were coma-proof.
^ As for this one I'm not so sure AIDA just needs that, Atoli went unconscious without being touched, however it's probably due to her ability so she more then likely got attacked mentally by the AIDA's sound rather then the AIDA.
It's Innis's hearing ability. Being around AIDA causes her to hear the negative thoughts of everyone she's infected, and she just passes out from the stress.
The best way to say is well, you know how they use to say Pictures captured your sole, well this time the Camera is The World. (Horrible reference)
According to Yata, it's not that the World is taking people's souls, but that a person is being tricked into thinking The World is real, and mind over matter takes over from there. Being Data Drained, for example, would make someone think they were sincerely dead, and thus they go comatose. Mai Minase even theorized that the A Note was subliminal programming.
Course they would, just not on purpose. After all it's CC Corp, as far as I care "Cyber Coma Corperation"
More like "Creating Comatized Corpses."
He wanted to become Gawd of teh interwebz. I think he was pretty nutty before the RA Program's failure.

CC Corp: Look we have been a greedy, lying corporation since Pluto's Kiss, so cut us some slack ok?
Well, In CC Corp's defense, trying to fix the problems of the network wouldn't of worked, since Harald had messed up the Internet so badly that it absolutely, 100% REQUIRES an Ultimate AI to control it.
It is obvious that she has been reading at some points with all the books around. She isn't reading in the trailers at least, or do you see an invisible book that she is holding?
Of course, she might have an ability to read books without looking at them.
You see a book get thrown to the ground, and then Eina is in her chair emptyhanded, arms slightly stretched out. She was atleast reading a book right before the room shot.
I can see just fine.
This person just seems ,ore like Aina/Eina to me.
Besides, if that were Saku, wouldn't she more likely be glowing red? If this were Bo, she might be glowing blue.

Sakubo glows silvery. Besides, I doubt Eina even has an Avatar. "AVATAR DUMMY XP"
I agree, that is most definitely Eina and not Sakubo. ¬_¬
You are most definately blind ¬_¬ The grimoire infront of the girl is Sakubo's Lost Weapon, and the shirt, stockings, and shoes are Sakubo's. Note the black stripes on the skirt which Eina lacks. Furthermore, the figure is lacking Eina's/Midori's bonnet.

Yea, I know. So what? I've made it clear several times that I really don't care about who I hurt. You're preaching to a deaf ear.
I don't preach. It's my opinion, and, I suppose, that is yours. :p
ALL the Phases are directly fused with Morganna. They ARE Morganna. They're basically parts of her body. And it's not Corbenik/Morganna that's the problem, but the AIDA infecting him.
Yes, I'm aware of that, but the fact that she directly fused with Corebenik, specifically, urges me to speculate that she plays a part.

...And now that I think about it, perhaps, if AIDA is an Anti-Existance (I still wonder to what, really), then what would that make  Cubia <Alpha>? An anti-existance to the anti-existance, or perhaps the source? Perhaps  Cubia <Alpha> is the anti-existance to Haseo's Xth-Form, or perhaps his newly acquired  Data Drain ability? Though that wouldn't make sense without a Bracelet...

Ovan's AIDA infection is certainly... complicated... to say the least. I don't really know what to think. :/

It seems pretty obvious that Cubia is the source of the AIDA and that AIDA is the antithesis to the Avatars.

That looks like an ordinary The World weapon to me.
Doesn't Sakubo's Lost Weapon have the Avatar's faces in the book.
I ahven't obtained her's yet but I have seen it.

Beside's, Aina/Eina has some pattern's and some frill at her dress.
And do you see Sakubo's bag anywhere?

Or I simply don't yet have a viewable high-quality trailer. ^_^' I can't make out any unusual stripes, nor can I clearly see the figure's stockings.

Still, I think that she does look as though she has long hair, and Midori's 'bonnet' would be on the left side of her head, so you can't see it even if that is Eina.

There is also the fact that when Sakubo was last in Avatar space, she had a golden aura, not a blue aura. I guess that if this is Sakubo then this scene may explain why she isn't among those who 'merged' with Haseo.

Feh, I guess I'll have to agree with you, seeing as she looks like nothing more than a blur in a skirt to me.
