Hi, I'm a 32 yr. old male who works at Target. There has been a big debut about when Redemption will come out. My 23 yr. old friend who works in electronics says it will be coming out Sept. 11 but will have the list for the next 1-2 weeks tomorrow. I'll let ya'll know what it says.
I think you should wait till the Public Announcement/press confrence before you get your hopes up. They might change the release date or something. "Well we had to change the date because of bugs/to add more stufff....... Personally, since I work at a store I'll wait till I have seen it come in off the truck or in the mail (sometimes ship it through mail but mostly on regular trailers. When we do get it in the store, I'll post the news. Wish it was here now though. MAN can't wait to play it.

There was already a Press Release by Namco Bandai stating September 10th. Ships the 10th, in major retail stores 11th-12th (like every other video game release). End of story.

I work at Gamestop we have shipments coming in the 10th and we aren't allowed to shelve them until the 11th. That said the Pre-Order Reciepts, however, do state the 10th as the Release Date. Its a common error really

That isn't a common mistake, it's a norm for games to ship on their "Press Release" stated "release date". It depends on the demand of the game and how much shipping costs a retailer wants to spend to get the game to stores faster. Halo 3 for example will be in stores on the release date, not a day after because of demand.

No, that's not an argument, it's the facts! I've fought this release date battle since Vol. 1 neared its head. The release date is September 10th shipped, and will be in retail stores depending on how fast the store paid for shipping.
