I don't like jumping to conclusions, but then again I don't like jumping to conclusions... How many other barefooted saffron-haired girls are out there?

Also, here are some you might have missed. I might have made a few typos...

Wie für fragendes(?) dieses... zu "von Gott"

*I'm pretty sure this is English, but I'm putting it in just in case. Makes no sense either way

I'm also not sure about "frangendes" since it's so hard to see...

I did get some translations courtesy to Babel Fish Translation.

My possible guess is that this German is Emma's last note of Epitaph of Twilight that was missing from her records and also part of Harold's ver. of Epitaph as well.

Because ... Remember, Emma who wrote the Epitaph was German as well. She wrote the Epitaph first in German and Harold translated it into English/Japanese whatever he did.

Breaking from pre-determined destiny, huh? Morganna wasn't very succesful in that regard...
now that i think about it, what Haseo just proclaimed is fundamentally no different from what morganna was ultimately trying to do; break from a pre-determined destiny...

if the goddess deal is more than a speech i'm calling a warped aura.

about the wird line. wyrd in "anglo-saxon" english would evolve into wird in german, both being germanic, duh. wyrd would evolve into word, but also weird. it was used to describe fate, or a deity's will. maybe that helps some of it.

wird is supposed to be "World" in German

Dragoon: Possibly. I think someone from the .hack series did mention that Epitaph was never completed for it's prophecy. And Kite never received an answer from Aura why he was chosen and still had the bracelet, even Shugo. Even Helba did not fully know about the Epitaph theory

wait. perhaps what Haseo said indirectly has to do with the epitaph. perhaps since the epitaph was never completed that leaves room for Haseo's remarks about a world governed by the people and not a goddess. though maybe the epitaph is completed.... hm

I thought wird was like "will"...

"wird" is the future tense of to be, "will".

And thanks about the other stuff, Kuukai. I didn't really bother to write that down.

Here's my take on that. It's damn hard to guess the meaning of them with all the wrong grammar x_x
It could be made sound poetic, but I'm just trying to translate it accurately
Vorhang der Nacht ist Wahrheit Spiegel
Wenn Häßliche Herzbefestigunger
Abbildung Anderungen
nicht Rückkehr für immer

(seems to be about AIDA)
Night's curtain is the truth's mirror.
(I have NO idea)If ugly heartkeeper/-catcher
Changes the image/figure
Unreturner forever

Alle Sachen
Zwei Seiten bestachen
Geteiltes Licht und Schatten
nicht geteiltes gutes und falsch

(seems to be about Twilight)
All things
Two sides corrupted
Divided light and shadow
But not dividing right and wrong

Ich werde mit tue nicht den Kern der Welt angenommen.
Mit etwas werde ich... Gesucht
Ton accustomed more strongly,*
Völlig entsprechend Ihrem Gedenken?
Wie für fragendes(?) dieses... zu "von Gott"

(seems to be about Aura)
(a LOT of possible translations for the first line, I'm mainly guessing)
I won't take The World's core(/data?).
I won't be part of The World's core.
I won't do anything to The World's core/data.
I won't accept the World's core.

With something...I'll be looked for/I'm looked for
(can you tell me the time of the third line?)
Completely fitting their ambition/thoughts.

And I'm completely lost with the last line.
And now that we're talking about the epitaph. Grime Löwe's theme has the first part of it slighty altered. And there's a line of it in Skeith's theme. "Man of/with shadows" seems to fit Haseo kinda.

There's a large difference between Morganna, who was never supposed to become self-aware, and Haseo and the players of the World, who are human beings and have no business having someone decide their fates.

Too lazy to look it up right now, but I think the English-y line happens when they show Bordeaux (ironically probably the only one in the game who knows German) near the end.

Also, as Harald once said, Morganna's revolt was an unforseen yet inevitable part of his plan...

CC-sha actually does still seem to think the R.A. plan is a good idea though... The plot is reminding me more of R.O.D-The TV-... Do you want a god to revolutionize the world for you at the cost of your freedom, or do you want to truly live? I think that CC-sha is probably thinking along the same lines as Sakaki--the net is so integrated to the real world, practically anything is possible if they control Aura...

i meant the idea of breaking free. compare someone who escapes execution and suddenly becomes leader of that country and a band of freedom fighters whose common ground brings them together. when you think of it like they are the same. after all, the epitaphs and thier weilders are essentially morganna.

Here's something of interest...

...Who do you think will become our new allies in the third game? O.o

Yata is a definite one, not only do we have yet to get his Lost Weapon, but we also need a Danse Macabre as an ally. Tenrow is also one I can see becoming an ally, he feels guilty for Yowkow being in a coma so he's also a likely party candidate. I could also see Bordeaux joining you when her infection is removed.

I can't see Ovan or Sakaki joining Haseo, and I doubt Keyaki would join either. Hiiragi and Nara are definitely unlikely choices, and I can't see Kaede joining either. I also can't see Taihaku being an ally at this moment in time.

That leaves Gabi, who is a definite possibility. Negimaru and Grein could join if Bordeaux joins Haseo, or they could see Bordeaux as a traitor (which seems quite unlikely, particularly for Grein). We know next to nothing about Enju so he's hard to judge at the moment.

So give us your thoughts, who do you think will become Haseo's allies?

Tenrow is a given, and Hiiragi will actually probably join before Yata, in my opinion. Bordeaux is iffy. I mean, she's completely obsessed with defeating Haseo, she has been since before she was infected, the likelihood of her joining is just a notch above Sakaki, which I agree is never going to happen. If she does though, Grein and Negimaru would follow suit. Otherwise you won't get them except as some weird bonus. Nara probably retires, I don't think we'll even see him anymore. If we do I guess he'd join either before or when Yata does.

Kaede, Taihaku, Keyaki, and Gabi will probably all be allies at the very least, and maybe eventually join your party at some point. I dunno, seems like a waste of a character if Enju never appears again...

Ovan... time will tell...

Tabby might return, kinda like Mistral...

Oh, and I sincerely hope that no matter who his allies are, Ginkan is one of them! ^^

My levels thread gives a pretty good idea of the order in which people will join too... It worked for Vol.2...

If Yowkow and Shino does come back early game , they should be coming back...

For Tenrow and Bordeaux would want to pay back Sakaki for what he's done to them so they'll likely to join, but Negi and Grein... I am not sure. (I dont want that onion head to join me who got pwned by Saku).

Other than that, Nara wont join because Yata is going to join.

I know for sure there will be the last Arena tournament with Guild Master Arena battle.

Probably final battle will be Taihaku and prev fight are likely Keyaki, Gabi, and some other people, my bet is also Sakaki will appear there.

Gabi + Keyaki will probably ... I mean PROBABLY join after you beat them in Arena. For Keyaki probably almost to the end of the game, but Gabi, if you beat him, he'll probably laugh saying it was a great fight and he's looking forward of being friends with you.

Keyaki will probably hold back not trying his best in Arena to let you win.

Taihaku will probably be... AIDA infected and you probably have to fight highest version of AIDA form.

Something like that almost same as previous two, but a bit more intersting plot style

I think Yata, Tenrow and Gabi as possible allies (almost sure).

Bordeaux...... I don´t know. I think 50-50. Negimaru and Grein don´t necessary have to join if Bordeaux does.

Nara is 50-50 too (could join for a little, before Yata i think).

Kaede and Hiiragi could be likely options

Taihaku could join sometime in the game, or he will join after beating the game (depending of his coma/infection status)

Ovan and Sakaki, definitively NOT!!!.

And when finishing Vol. 3: i think, you can use Keyaki as an unlockable. MAybe Tabby returns (who knows???) and also, the 2 comatose girls will return: Shino and YowKow
