Anway, since I got Sora's last one...

Of the 22 monster groups (a group - all the things that turn into a designated little monster when DDed, like dragons for Dragon Puppy, male mages for Long Lived, etc. and this isn't counting the Twilight Guardian or Bracelet), name three groups that don't have a monster carrying a rare item for DD.
Data Bugs carring negative items count. For example, it wouldn't be the Dragons because the Parasite Dragonhas the Hyakkidouran, the Wyrm Data Bug has the Go-in-Circles, etc.

When you first start infection what is the strongest twinblade weapon you can trade for

First start, as in before you get Mistral? Fuse Blades.

I guess it's higher then, cause I believe I got my Fuse Blades that early, I may be mistaken though. Just didn't think you'd get the Shadow Blades or anything higher since they're bought in Theta, I could be mistaken though... then again I could also be mistaken about getting the Fuse Blades that early and it could in fact be lower.

But I'm gonna go with the former and guess Cats Blades.

One thing though, do the 14 special traders count? I mean, they probably give you stuff that's higher than Cats Blades or anything I mentioned above, but technically they aren't "available" for trade as soon as you start infection because you don't have that many Burning Oils or Cooked Bile or whatever they request.
