Well it would be Skeith, I don't want to get off topic, but the reason Skeith was hard was that the highest you could go was 30-35, but if you went crazy and deafeated 1000 monsters. lvl.35 vs. lvl.99 thats gonna be pretty darn hard. Thats why all the other phases were easy.

Skeith, he was so hard to beat but just so darn cool XD!! Although Tarvos was pretty cool too in my opinion.

I'm going to go with Tarvos, one-hit-kill rocks. Magus second, since it had a one-hit party kill. Though I did like Fichell, too, it (he?) was the first phase that spoke. And then Gorre was interesting too. To bad Cubia isn't a Phase, it was defiantly the hardest boss, since it could heal. (Man, that was annoying.) Tarvos is still the best though in my opinion...

Poor unloved Innis, far too easy for it's own good... You know, skeith was only hard because you fight it at a low level, he's(?) a lot easier on a higher level.
I all ways wished you could re-fight the Phases as some sort of extra… (then maybe Skeith wouldn't be nearly as popular.)

i like Skeith, couldn't care less if he was strong or weak, he just looked cool. ^^
But all of the Phase's along with Cubia could heal them self's, when useing Data Drain other than putting all negitive stat's on you, it also had a Life and Skill Drain effect.... then Corbineck.... ugh, that one was all about restoring it's HP/SP, thus obviously making it the hardest one....

Skeith!He just cool....why did all the other phrases(except Macha The Temptress) have to look stupid.I mean an mask,an worm on an stick,an wall,an bug looking thing.... You have to admit they very lame.

My favorite phase is Tarvos because it has my favorite attack of all the phases. "Cursed Death Play" (or at least i think that is what is called) Where it raises the stake from its body and peirces one of your charactors, doing 9999 damage in the process.

I liked Magus the most, basically cuz of his area colors heh, nothing can compare to the first time you face Skeith though, his weapon looks so threatening!!! Macha was cool too, though that voice scared the s*** outta me.

Skeith is just too cool

Skeith is most certainly my favorite. He's the most humanoid of all of them, and the most menacing from the start. He has a personal connection with Kite that instills a sense of dread and fear that is essential to the beginning of the game. Also, his music is freaking awesome. And the battle is most engaging.

Other than Skeith, I think that Fidchell and Corbenik were memorable. Fidchell was interesting because of his prophecies. Corbenik was annoying and time-consuming, but the concept of being able to beat a phase at all without data drain is interesting, and adds a new edge to this final phase.

My least favorite is probably Gorre, mostly because I had a lot of trouble beating him.

I've always been a huge been of Corbenik. Awesome fight, all three parts of it, it also relayed the most intention out of the 8 phases, with Skeith being the only one with equal plot value... well, maybe Macha too.

Total win! Mwa ha ha, well, except this page hasn't been visited in about a year *sheepish laughing*

I have to pick Skeith. I mean I'm called the terror of death by my friends. So I gotta be skeith. Skeith is awsome. If I had to choose a second hands down its corbenik.

I chose Magus. He looks AWESOME after he is Data Drained and is Kuhn's Avatar in GU (Bonus Points).
If I had to pick a second choice, SKEITH, without a doubt. I still prefer Magus, but by very little.
