Romanze Von Die Walküre (RP)

[Zorolo]

"Well, i was placed in a room with three girls. Part of me isn't sure if it was because I had long hair at the start of the year or not… but fate has it that two of them will be leaving… and all three of them are… er… interested in me. I'm torn… I've haven't felt anything towards other people in years… and now I have three people who all have a piece of my heart. I don't want to lose any of them, but if I make that choice, it means losing them all." Self-Pity dragged on for a moment before Z looked at Instructor Wilson. "I know, I'm stupid for thinking this is a bad thing, but I've never BEEN in a situation where others cared about me and I shared that feeling. ITs all… very confusing."

[Kaori]

"Oh, nothing was wrong with the room arrangement, we mix students, but we always make sure that girls outnumber the boys, anyway, about your problem, those three seem like the understanding kind, but if you've got to tell which one of them you like the most before those two leave, because going after Cecilia just because one of the Ilfriede and Alis are gone will make her feel like she's a replacement, so tell me, which of the girls would you want to be with? and dig deep down, who do you really love?" he asked.

[Zorolo]

Well this had turned suddenly awkward. He looked deep, but a perplexed web of emotions entangled his heart. He'd never honestly worked out his OWN problems, and indecision was perhaps the only thing natural to him at this point. Decisions had been forced on him for years… and having a say was… next to impossible. This was too sudden… too much… He began to gasp as his throat tightened. His vision blurred and dizziness overcame him. His body went limp before he simply collapsed…

Perhaps the only fortunate thing about his fainting spell was that air began to fill his lungs again. He was NOWHERE near ready for this kind of problem. It couldn't be solved with swords or words… but instead emotions… something complex to him.

[Kaori]

"I had to take you here to the Infirmary." said Wilson, "Worked out ourselves again have we?" asked the nurse, "Whatever it is, don't do it again." said the nurse, "He won't, now, I know this must be hard for you, but some sacrifices must be made, now tell me, and for the love of god don't have a panic attack, who do you choose?" asked Wilson.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo paused and took a deep breath. He didn't want to say anything he'd regret. HIs heartbeat echoed in his ears. His head spun again and he was once again cornered like a wild beast. He didn't want to say anything… he didn't know WHAT to say at this point. He cared about them all equally. He wanted them to all remain together… but that was beyond impossible. Part of him almost preferred to remain by himself so that he didn't hurt the others… "I can't…" he said quietly. Sinking into himself, he simply sighed. This burden was more than he was ready for. God forgive him for his weakness.

[Kaori]

"I see." said Wilson, "I have to go now, I'm 20 minutes late for my class." he said, he then left.

*Room, that night*

The girls side was quiet that night, the lights on their side wasn't even on, the night was very quiet....

[Zorolo]

Zorlo returned later that night. He'd been thinking, but his overwhelmed mind was still sorting things out. He had his own problems to work out. He blamed himself for everything that was happening. "If I wasn't here," he whispered to himself, "I wouldn't cause any pain," he acknowledged for a moment. "Still, I have to be resolute. I CAN do this," he stated as he stared at the door. He opened it and slipped into the room.

"I need to spend more time with each of them alone to figure it out. That will do the trick. I need to learn more about them… because…" He paused and nodded. "It will tell me which one is the one for me!" his voice raised slightly.

[Kaori]

*The next morning*
The four of them were quietly eating breakfast, no words were spoken, and no eye contact was made, they just sat there, eating quietly, none of the girls made any effort to break the silence.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo took a deep breath while they ate and broke the silence. "Forgive me, I've made you all quite miserable, and it shall only continue. No matter what I do… two of you will be hurt, and that's a situation I can't avoid. Its time for me to be honest… with myself and all of you," he said as he turned his glance to Cecilia. "Cecilia… you… confronted me on things I didn't know, nor that I could have guessed… and your strength inspired me. Ilfriede and Alis were always nice… but I didn't think anything of it besides just their good hearts. You, on the other hand, indulged in mocking me and handling me in an endearing way…"

Zorlo shifted and rested his hands on his shoulder. "And… when I thought on it… your actions… your bravery… inspired me. I want to be with you," he whispered the lines to her and averted his eyes from the other. There was no way that everyone could win… so at least he had to make the choice before it was made clear for him. He'd choose the one who had made her intentions and desires known. The one who had stood her ground and showed him he had to do the same. It was… the thing he wanted the most.

[Kaori]

Cecilia then stood up, "You know, at first, I didn't like you, I assumed you simply had a narrow minded goal, that all you cared about was doing things for yourself, then I saw you take my friends advice, and how you spent time with us, it was brief, but it was then I knew, that there was more to you, I tried to deny that I began to respect you, but that respect grew into something more, I.... I.... " Stammered Cecilia.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo nodded and kissed her on the forehead. "YOu need not say more. I understand fully. Ilfriede, Alis, I like you both s well, and one day we shall meet again. I hope you are as you were, and happily with the people you find down the road, because I know you both shall. Do your best, and I"m rooting for you," he stated strongly as he smiled at them. It was painful, but it was necessary.

[Kaori]

*The day Ilfriede and Alis are leaving*
The two were saying their goodbyes to Zorlo and Cecilia, "Have a great time you two." said Alis as she hugged them both, "Send us pictures of the kids!" said Ilfriede, The ship then signaled that it was time to leave, the two bid them farewell, as the ship left, Cecilia turned to Zorlo and put out her hand, "Shall we go?" she asked.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo nodded as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders and smiled. "I hope Ilfriede knows that there won't be any kids for a while. After all, if we do anything now, I'll be in jail for a VERY long time," he told Cecilia with a laugh as he smiled at her. "But for now, we live our lives, like they will. After all, they're always with us in our hearts."
