Milly remains haunched over nursing his stomach. Gasping for breath he says. "It's ok, happens all the time." He takes in a deep breath and straightens back up to his full height, putting him level with Emoto's chest. Is this guy blind? Or did he just not pay any attention before? Perhaps he sees lots of people like me and can't tell us apart. "Hi, my name is" He looks down at Surame and accentuates every syllable. "Millintica." Turning back to look up at Emoto he smiles, flashing his fangs. "Pleasure to meet you, Mr. uh what was your name again?"

Emoto smiled,"Emoto.. my name is Emoto Iarihs. it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." he bowed slightly, then looked up. one of his eyes had turned a deep, purplish hue. his other eye was bright blue. he then sighed,"If you're wondering about my eyes... even I'm not too sure.." he stared up at the sky,"maybe it has something to do with the moon.. it's definitely different to the on I'm used to.. and for all I know.. there could be more than one.." he stared back at millintica with a calm gaze...

Garnet's body was covered in blood, he didn't know what had hit him, but he grinned, blood covered his face, "You know oh Great King, I don't know if that was an ÄRM or a brick...but seems kinda...chickeny..." The King grinned as an ÄRM flashed, but he dropped it, "I don't need them."
_____
Little Saito smiled, "How is it Ai and Miss Demeter?"
_____
Saito was limping through the forest now, holding onto his stomach and trees he could reach, "Chess is across this forest..."

"It's alright..." Spoke Agatha, her eyes turning blank for a moment, touching her necklace. "I still...can't taste it." Mitsu and Tamao said nothing.
----
Chi continued walking, looking at a person beside her. "So, you happen to like that castle?" She spoke, making herself seem different.
"Yes...but such flowers, must remind you of what will await you. A flower that does not belong in such hell."
"No Crow, There's no such thing as hell."

Garnet looked around, he couldn't see anymore, there was too much blood. "Hehe now... Bye Bye-" The King's hand was press against his throat, "Yes bye bye" He slammed Garnet against the floor, "Gah!" Blood rushed out of his mouth, and the King then stepped on Garnet's throat, "You've gotten me all bloodied up."
_____
Little Saito sighed, "Oh well...I know it tastes good." Ai smiled and nodded, "Yeah it tastes really good." She finished up and stretched, "Where do we sleep?"
_____
Saito fell on the floor and looked at his ÄRM, he wasn't in physical pain, and finding food would've been difficult. "Aegis..." The shield opened up in his hand, lifting him off the ground as his energy began to heal, he was still hungry, but he had enough energy to move.
_____
Tala tapped Rakuen's Shoulder, "Raikun saw Erin and a cat fly off the castle and chased after her..." she sighed, "They're both unresponsive..."

Tamao stood up, "I'll show you." She led Ai and Saito up while Mitsu walked towards Agatha.
"Agatha-sama." He spoke, helping her up. "You should preserver your strength."
"Am I really...Mitsu? Am I really...d-" He caught her as she fell back. He nodded, helping her up to her own room.
"Just rest."

Milly takes out a piece of wood and begins carving as he glances up at the sky. "I never really wondered, I've seen some strange things before. Besides everyone's entitled to their secrets. Even if its secret from themselves, but anyways" He looks back down at Surame. "how long is she going to be like that?" He nudges her with his foot. "Hm..." He glances down at his hands to see what they had apparently just finished carving. "Oh, a rose. I swear these hands have minds of their own." Laughing he states. "So do my feet sometimes." He hands the wooden flower to Emoto. "Maybe your girl would like it." He then takes a step back and sits down on the rock to look back up at the sky, thinking. Hm, it's getting late. I wonder if Rachel's still out of it. It took her a full day to recover from me kissing her, but that wasn't anything quite so intimate. He looks down at his hand, it had begun moving a rock across the tops of his fingers.

surame slowly got up. Emoto sighed, taking the wooden flower,"the effect only lasts for about two minutes.. at least it keeps her calm.." surame puffed her cheeks, then grabbed Emoto's head, driving him into a wall. She let go as Emoto slid to the floor, rubbing the back of his head. Surame sighed,"next time, don't put me in that position again, or I swear that I'll do something to you that Out Of Character, Disturbing, and still highlights the fact that I'm a stronger character than yo.." she collapsed to the floor again. her leg was in a spasm, and soon her body followed. Emoto, placed the wooden flower next to her and got up,"once you've been afflicted by that, I have control over when it happens to you or not. no matter where I am.." He turned back so that he was facing Millintica..

Garnet opened his eyes and could see again, "So you're awake." He looked around, he saw the King, and the blood in the room seemed to be gone, "Tell me Garnet, will you obey Chess or do I have to kill you?" Garnet looked at his wounds, "You...cleaned my wounds?" "Yes, now which do you choose?" Garnet grinned, "I'll listen to your Queen..." he closed his eyes again.
_____
Saito was walking through the forest and saw three Bishops, "What are they looking for?" He whispered as he went against a tree.
_____
The Castle seemed to be almost finished, the final floor being last. "Rakuen, I sent Bishops after those two, our three best."

Emoto looked over his shoulder, sensing something coming towards him and millintica. Surame had noticed them too, and was holding her arm in a combat ready position. Emoto sighed, lifting his arm about two feet, then thrusting it against a wall. he concentrated slightly, pulling out a blade of onyx from within the stone (not an ARM effect, this is Emoto's psychic ability). the blade was compact, and relatively heavy, that and the crafting was rather poor.. but it was still a weapon, and at this point... it was exactly what Emoto needed.

Milly looked at the crude weapon and then his ears started twitching as he strains to hear what the other two seem to sense. What's got those two on edge? He shrugs and walks over to Emoto. "You're not very good at carving are you?" He extends his claws and then looks at the 'sword'. I could use them, but I think the dagger would be better suited for this particular job. The claws retract and he activates the ring dagger. He begins working on the edges of the blade, sharpening them hurriedly. "I wish you'd let me know sooner when we're about to be attacked and you want a weapon. I could make it so much better if I had more time. But this'll have to do." He takes a step back and flips the dagger in his hand, holding it point downwards now as he hops back onto the rock formation and gets into a pouncing stance.

The three passed the group, and one glanced at them, as the other two moved onward, "...Did you four see a Knight?" His voice seemed fake.
_____
Saito saw the three and the Bishop that'd stopped, 'Four? Did he already see me?' he began a cold sweat and held his wrist on Renkin, 'Just have to shut up for now...'
_____
The King looked at Garnet, "That man is not...we must get rid of him..." He closed his eyes, waiting for the Queen to pick him up.

Emoto shifted his foot position, readying the sord like a boomerang,"NOW!!!" he threw the sword at the bishop that had temporarily stopped, using his mind to keep it stable. it impaled the back of the bishop's head. Emoto then dashed over to the river, picked up his ring of thought, which had drifted downstream to where he was, and slipped it on his finger. surame still stood still, waiting for the bishops to retaliate to Emoto's attack...

Milly drops his dagger and stares at the felled bishop. After blinking several times he looks over at Emoto. "What the devil is wrong with you!? He was just asking if we'd seen a knight. Wait," he looks from Emoto to Surame and then down at himself bringing a finger up counting. "Who's the fourth one?" He sits down on the rock and screws up his face thinking. "Emoto plus her plus myself. Doesn't that add up to only three?" He looks at the bishop's body. "Was he counting himself too? But why would he do that? Alright, alright, say I was trying to slip past some guards. Emoto makes one. She makes two. And I would make three. So who's..." He scratches behind his ears with his tail. "This is very confusing." The wind changed directions and Saito's scent hits Milly's nose. "Well, I suppose that could account for the fourth." He picks his dagger up and starts toying with it, content now that the mystery of the fourth person had been solved.

"Troublesome..." Muttered Hei as a tree grasped up Milly, Emoto, and Surame. He hit them around a few times until they were unconscious. "Really, I know I'm not that loyal...but at least I know when not to impale people." He nodded to the bishops. "I just saw two of them, right over there a few feet or so." He let them go before looking at the fallen Bishop. "Still alive down there? I'm taking these ones to the dungeon, you get on with your work." He looked towards Mitsu, who used Andata, transporting the five of them to the dungeon, placing Surame, Milly, and Emoto in separate cells, stripping them of their ARM and leaving it with another guard. "Thanks Mitsu." The said nodded and used Andata, heading back to Agatha.
----
The queen grasped up Garnet again, bowing. "Thank you my King." She tossed Garnet back in his room and saw Hei. "Those idiots really were? No wonder Chess is so disorganized."

The Bishop stood up and looked around, pulling the sword out. "You'd think a rock would hurt more." The rest the sword crumbled and there was not a drop of blood. The Bishops saw the bodies and picked them up, one passed Saito, "If I see you tomorrow I'll kill you." Saito glanced at the Bishop's eyes and then looked down until the Bishop had left. "...Damn..." He looked to the floating Castle, and the one below it, "Well I'll have to walk all night long."
_____
The bodies were placed in the Queen's room. "We were told that an ÄRM was needed from one of these two."
_____
Little Saito was asleep and Ai looked out of the window, "Tomorrow is when it will begin..."

Emoto suddenly stirred, picking himself up as he looked around,"wha.. what happened?" he stared around the room, thinking to himself as he did so,"well.. when the prospects look dim.. there's only one way out.." he looked at Surame's unconcious body, then sighed,"sorry about that.. I acted on impulse.. guess it got us all in a pretty bad position.." he tapped his head a few times, then looked up,"it appears as though I'll have to resort to THAT strategy.."

The Queen woke on her bed and stretched as she walked to dress. "I wonder...what will happen at the games this year since..." Her voice became rather monotone. "It's so close..."
----
There was an unease among many of the ranks in Chess. Hei and some pawns were trying to calm it, but it still was constantly bothering them.
----
Agatha woke up, moving up with a bit more effort than usual. Her eyes looked towards Mitsu, who offered her some clothing. "Kami-sama...wants you to wear it from now on. Until it's time." Agatha nodded, looking at it and letting him leave the room as she put it on.
----
Chi sat down in a nice house near the castle. "It's today...the games."

Milly awoke, rubbing his head. "Owie..." He looks around at his surroundings. "Hm." He jumps experimentally from one wall to the other until he reaches the ceiling. Landing softly again he checks his belongings. "My ARMs!" He touches his collar. Well, at least I still have this. I guess since it just looks like a simple leather collar they missed it. It's the only ARM in the world not made of metal after all, and it's also the only thing I have left of my clan. He tries to stick his head through the bars, but finds that they're not wide enough, but the guard still whacks him. "Settle down in there." Still, it's not exactly useful to me right now. He thinks to himself as he rubs his head some more.
He curls up into a ball on the stone floor. Hm, certainly brings back memories. Isn't this how I first got started six years ago? Only one ARM in my possession and locked in a cage. Well, it's an actual cell this time. And the lock is a little harder to get to. Not that access to that before helped me at all. I didn't know anything about picking locks back then. And I had to do acrobatic tricks for meager scraps to survive. And then they let their guard down one day and off I went, running at full speed. "Ah, good times."
-------------------------------------
Rachel finally wakes up. "What happened?" She looks around at the destruction around her. "Oh yeah, we were falling and then... I should be dead." Lilith stands up, she had been sitting on a nearby rock. "Yes you should be. I almost wish you were. Let's go. The games will be starting soon. And your room has been repaired." Rachel stares at Lillith's mouth as they walk. "What is it?" "When did you become a vampire?" "What are you talking about Rachel?" "You've got a pair of fangs." She pulls up Lilith's lip and taps the fangs. As soon as they get to Rae's room Lilly rushes over to the mirror and checks for herself. "Why does stuff like this keep happening to me? First, Eve destroys all of my hair dye and now somebody's gone and messed up my teeth. I can't wait until the games. I hope there's a lot of people to kill."
Rachel shivers and goes to put on a different mask, but finding only one mask in her drawer, and it wasn't one of her old ones. "Lilith, what happened to my masks?" "All of yours got wrecked. That one was mine. I have no intention of wearing another mask. So you can have it, to restart your collection with." "Thanks, I'm surprised. You've never given anybody anything before." "You just got promoted to Bishop, and you've helped me on a number of occasions in the past." Lilith takes a sidelong glance at Rachel. "I assume you'll help me in the future as well? Rae quickly puts the mask on. "Y-yes of course."

Emoto looked over into Milly's cell, smiling slightly,"hey! glad to see that you've woken up!" he lifted up his hand. a nearby guard was jumping up and down, trying to reach a set of levitating keys. he chuckled,"these cages stop ARMS from breaking through them.. but I can piss around using telekenises as much as I want.." the guard turned to him, unlocking the door with the spare keys,"and if the guards come in?" he thrust his hand forwards and the guard was flung backwards into a stone wall. he continued to chuckle to himself as the prison door shut. the keys and the spare keys were in his cell. he watched as the guard tried to break into the cell and burst out with laughter,"sorry guys.. I have no intention of escaping just yet *snigger*, I'm going to wait until watching the guards struggle to deal with me becomes boring..."
