Hehehe, I got mine today, ^_^.

But the image seems pixelated, as through running at a low resolution.

Does that mean there is something wrong with my disk?

The reason why it looks so bad is because it's NTSC and I'm used to PAL (d'oh!).

Seriously, I didn't think there was such a big difference. And yes to those wondering, I live in the PAL region.

I got mine last saturday, and I have to say that the pic on the back of the tshirt is really cool! The demo for GU is kinda wimpy, but the mini-trailer for volume 2 looked kinda cool. As for ROOTS itself I watched two or three episodes on TV (not in order of course...I saw like 2, 4, and 5.)and I was like "Skrew this! I'll wait for the freaking DVD!"

Wait, the DVD is out already? Is it worth it? I'm still reluctant to buy it... considering I'll be broke soon and I already saw the episodes. =.=

What's the pic on the tshirt look like? Anybody have a picture? XD And and... is there Japanese audio? Although there most likely is...

Suncoast just called saying I can come in and pick up my dvd, so getting ready to head out and pick it up. I'll post details later on, don't have a cam so can't take pics but yea.

That's what is on the back of the shirt, well doesn't have all the extra stuff just the TB members. And yes there is Japanese audio, at least according to the back of the dvd.

ARGH! I tried to reserve the SE a while ago at Best Buy but the guy there was being a major asshole, (guy:"you can't reserve anime titles here" me: "Bullsh**!")

so I was like f*** this! pissed me off so bad... But I'm gonna go out and try to find it! As soon as my sis gets back... I can't leave my nephew alone...

Thanks, I went back to Best Buy, and luckily this time there was a more helpful guy there, the reason they're not taking reservations on it is actually simply because they're only getting 4 copies in on the 17th, so alls I gotta do is swing by after school and pick one up! XD Luckily there doesn't seem to be as many .hack// fans around where I live so I should be able to get one well before they're sold out.

For those that didn't get the SE, was the color of your dvd case blue? I'm wondering if the rest of the dvds are going to have the blue case, if not then it's going to bug me that all the other dvds are in a different color case then the first one.

Since my copy of the SE has yet to come in the mail I have a question.
How many dvds can the Art box hold? I'm assuming 6 but I could be wrong.

The release pateren is likely 5,5,4,4,4,4 episodes per disk going by the solicatations of the second dvd.

26 eps is usually 6 dvds, unless they do like Chrono Crusade where the last 3 or 4 dvds have only 3 episodes on them and it ended up being 7 dvds.

On the english DVDs of Roots, can you make it the Jap language track with english subtitles for what they said in the Jap version. Because I hate the dub voices. Also, are the episodes paced properly, last time I checked roots on cartoon network was speed up to fit time slot.

Ok, I got mine (w/ starter box and stuff) last Thursday, amazingly the price was $16, it's obviously an error but that's how much I payed for it

Finally got mine in the mail today and I was right it's going to be a 6 dvd series.

Xd i can't wait to fill in the box already
