Ovan Arm Theory

Well, that is what is so strange about it.
Some think it was an AIDA that surrounded him and some think it wasn't ,since there were other things involved at the same time at the same place as well. And doesn't seem to look like an AIDA.
It is more like different kind of black stuff than that of the AIDA.

You should probadly look the episodes that you haven't seen so that you would understand what I mean.

It's NOT an AIDA. Harald fires a black lightning bolt. In Roots, AIDA are represented as purple.

I'm going to start here. The ability in this case is Propagation. Magus was called The Propagation. Now why would you call some dragonfly with leaf buds for wings the Propagation? When Propagation is basically the multiplication or increase of something. So Kuhn's abilities tend to derive from the name. As for the other members of the Infinity Eight, hell I want to see THEIR powers.

If Yata has the prophetic abilities like the name of Fidchell implies (Not the name Fidchell itself but his nickname "The Prophet"), then I can see him being part of some freaky plot twist. Or maybe, he'll be the only one standing by Haseo's side or actually leading him along if he does hold such an ability.

Gawd, I can't even BEGIN to fathom Haseo's abilities. The Terror of Death? What, does that mean he can't die or something? I really have no clue. And all skeith did was Data Drain people on his staff. Haseo doesn't have a staff. Anyway...

About this Ovan Arm thing. It is very possible that Ovan was infected with AIDA, or in order to create a replica for the Key of the Twilight, created the AIDA. Things got out of control, one thing lead to ANOTHER, and well he has this lock on this huge @$$ arm. I don't think it's the KING of AIDA, but merely that Ovan could have been the cause of the AIDA appearing. I think I'm wrong about this, as to I'm not sure which appeared first. The AIDA infections, or Ovan. Someone is probably going to shoot this down though. But that's what I think of it so far.

Actually, the 8 phases each had an ability that matched their title:
Judgement froze you in place in fear.
Invisible Dolls caused massive damage through illusions.
Death and Rebirth created mini-Maguses.
Oracle saw the future... and it was bleak.
Blade of Scheme planned a coordinated attack.
Suspicious Seduction tempted the whole party.
Cursed Death Play killed off your friend in vengeance.
Corbenik was the only weird one, it itself was its special ability: it's a seed.

So yeah, I think at best Haseo has a fear-related ability...

So let's assume he does have a fear-related ability. According to this, the skills Skeith has in INFECTION are as follows:

Execution
Darkness
Judgement
Darkness (Epitaph)

I'm going to assume either Execution or Darkness (With or without the Epitaph included) is somehow related to the ability Haseo possesses. I'm leaning towards the one marked with (Epitaph) though because, it has (Epitaph) marked after it.

I can see Haseo's power being reserved for a Deus Ex Machina at the end of Season Three, like an auto kill ability he'll only use against the ultimate boss fight in the end cutscene, like how Kite stabbed Aura.

I wonder if this is the potential that Ovan was talking to......
