Like everyone else, I love all the grunties except for Noble...
My favorite(well, of the few I've bred.. *only had Noble, Snakey, Iron, Bony, and Poison*) is probably Iron or Snakey. But Bony Grunty is just scary. =/ "Massssster? *creepy noise that's supposed to be a rattle* I'll trade you a nice sweet item for a thick creamy one...." ...Am I crazy or is that line, just *slightly* perverted?

I love raising them but I'm having trouble getting a Snakey Grunty or is it a Bony Grunty in Carmina Gadelica.

it's in outbreak where you first find out that the grunties can find item's. don't get your hopes up though it's only their food.
i haven't started quarentine yet, so it might be different.
persoanlly no matter what i tried i alway's got the noble grunty.it was very annoying to here the word's 'mon ami' over and over again. so now i don't worry about them. if all i can get is noble, then whatever.
any help would be nice.

Thanks for the information on when I get the item finding event with my Grunty. As for the advice to getting a different Grunty I can't really help you.

gamefaqs isn't perfect.
there are faqs that put some grunties in the wrong order...
I have nothing to do right now so i'll try and make a list.
Sigma server(Fort Ouph):
------Aqua Grunty------
10 Golden eggs
6 Invisible eggs
5 Cordyceps
3 La pumpkin
------Milky Grunty------
11 Golden eggs
5 Invisible eggs
6 Cordyceps
3 La pumpkin
Note: I think i've experienced something bad there so it could be the other way arround, i suggest picking up loads of food and thén try.
Theta server(Dun Loirag):
------Iron grunty-----
4 Piney apples
3 Snakey cactus
then feed it as many golden eggs until it's growth/maturity reaches 40.
------Poison grunty------
4 Piney apples
3 Snakey cactus
1 immature egg
then feed it as many golden eggs until it's growth/maturity reaches 40.
Lambda server(Carmina Gadelica):
------Bony Grunty------
4 Cordyceps
1 Mandragora
2 Piney apples
1 Snakey cactus
then feed it as many golden eggs until it's growth/maturity reaches 40.
------Snakey Grunty-----
4 Piney apples
3 Snakey cactus
12 Golden eggs
9 Oh no melons
Omega Server (Lia Fail):
-----Rocker Grunty-----
18 Golden eggs
4 Cordyceps
-----Woody Grunty-----
19 Golden eggs
3 Cordyceps
That's it, hope it will be helpful.
Some grunties might not work, but most will!
As i said before: you may first want to get enough food so you can try again if needed,
OR, save before making a grunty. When you fail you can always reset and get your lost food back

it's a lazyman's way but it sure is better then roaming arround searching endlesly
Oh, and by the way, my favorite grunty is Aqua grunty with japanese voice over, pukukuku

This is good information. Thank you! Maybe now I will get back to trying to complete that side quest. As for grunty food in my key items. I have tons of it.
