Well, at least G.U. soundtrack is nice ~~
I like them both equally. Like someone stated earlier, this music seems to give The World: R2 a "corrupted" feeling. Not as pure as the first version of The World.
Like a lot of you guys, I was nervous about Yuki not composing for this series, but I guess I underestimated ALI PROJECT. They did a good job with empasizing on the darker mood of Roots.
Ive been trying to figure this out for a long time... I don't know who sings it or the name... It plays during the part when Shino and Haseo are together at the waterfall and she leans against him all romantic like etc etc etc... I looked on both OST's and couldn't find it. Is it possible that it could be on one of the Drama CDs?
By the way, does ALI Project base some of their music off classical pieces? I remember hearing a song that has a similar beginning as King Knight in the Nodame Cantabile Live Drama (which I believe uses quite a few classical pieces as background music).
The music in .hack//roots is fine to me, but my favourites are God diva,
,Boukoku Kakusei Catharsis and Silly go around. If anyone asked me about my favourite out of them three, it will have to be Boukoku Kakusei Catharsis.
